Excavation in foundations in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock chiseling where blasting is prohibited or saturated soil , lift upto 1.50 mtr stacking the excavated soil not more than 3.00 mtr clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with a lead of 20 mtrs. P/J Work.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto lead of 20 mtrs in Pick and Jumper work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cment:3 sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cment:4 sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in Retaining walls/Breast walls in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in Retaining walls/Breast walls.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in:

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:- Suspended floors ,roofs,landing and shelves and their support, balconies ,beams, girders,bressumers and centileaver upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:- Foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Lloors etc. upto 200mm. In thickness with in all leads and lifts.

1.80 mtr. High fencing with 2.50 mtr. Angle iron posts of size 65x65x6mm (min.) 2.50 mtr. Centre to centre with a horizontal 1.80 mtr. High fencing with 2.50 mtr. M.S. angle iron post of size 65x65x6mm (min.) 2.50 mtr. centre to center with 9 No horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS:278-1962 Type 1) weighing 9.38 kg per 100 mtr. (minimum) strained and fixed to posts with 61 steples, embed in C.C 1:3:6 including earth work, painting of M.S. angle iron complete.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement:3 sand)

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.Tor steel with in all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling,brackets and similar works.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter.

Providing and placing horizontal layer of filtering media. duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer Fine sand screened,cleaned washed and graded effective size 0.2 to 0.4mm with uniformity cofficient 2.0 to 3.0 from approved source.

Second layer Coursed sand screened cleaned washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm from approved source.

Third layer Bajri (coarsed) screened washed and graded from 20mm to 25mm from approved source.

Fourth layer Bajri screened washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm from approved source.

Bottom layer Broken stone screened washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm from approved source.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm MS Sheet Manhole cover 600X600mm fixed on all sides with ISA 40x25x5mm top angle iron frame hinged on ISA 35x35x5mm bottom angle iron frame as per drawing. Pieces of MS Flat 20x4mm, 0.15m long be fixed on all sides as hold fast. The operation of manufacturing shall including cutting of MS Sheet, Angle Section & welding of MS Sheets, Angle Section, Hinges, Handles 150mm long, 20x4mm flats, locking arrangement and applying a priming coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surface to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
