M&L for filteration and dehyderation of transformer oil using filteration plant and testing the die-electric strength of transformer oil and achieving the result of 60 KV and submitting the test report complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and Topping up of transformer oil confirming to IS : 335 in Transformers and oil circuit breaker all as specified and directed.Note :- Test certificate from the manufacturerer should be produced.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray paint after preparation of the entire body of transformer by removing rust deposited completely, transformer capacity 100 KVA to 315 KVA and marking SM/MES No installed in substations complete all as directed and as specefied.

Supply and fix breather unit with slica gel suitable for 100 to 250 KVA transformer including taking down the existing unit complete all as directed and as specefied.

Supply and fix in replacement of Silica gel for 11 KV 433 Volt Transformer as per site requirement complete all as directed and as specefied.

M&L for draining out of oil up to the bottom level of transformer and opening of HV and LV bushings of transformer capacity 11kv/433 100 KVA V/433 volt to 250 KVA step down transformer of any make for replacing the all mounting gaskets of the transformer body and conservator to arrest the oil leakage and replacement of gasket HT/LT terminal bushing gasket/bushing and rectifying oil leakage and making all connections complete all as directed and as specefied.

Supply and fixing 11 KV HT terminal procelain bushing suitable up to 500 KVA transformer including suitable brass stud as per site requirement including taking down the existing unit all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 11 KV/433 volt LT terminal porcelain bushing suitable upto 500 KVA transformer as per site requirement all as specified and directed including taking down.

Supply and fix in repair Pin type, porcelain, vitreous white/brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle 11 KV incl taking down old UNSV complete all as directed and as specefied.

Supply and fix in repair HRC (High rupturing Capacity) fuse,Type C, 30 Amps,11 Kv incl taking down old UNSV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair HG (Horn Gap) fuse,11 KV suitable for incl taking down old UNSV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair for lightening arrestors, expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11 .KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismatling air break gang operated switches including insulators and oprating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc

M/L for switch, Air break, gang operated tripple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanisam worked from ground level for current rating up to 200Amps 11000 volts grade.

M&L for preparing external surfaces of LT panel /pump panel at various sub stations/ locations completely by removing the all dust / rust and applying one coat of approved existing shade of synthetic enamel painting including writing the required details as existing all as directed.

M&L for painting of Four pole structure with primer and one coat of aluminium paint on MS Channel and white cement based synthetic enamel pait on RCC poles from each side complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of Two pole structure with primer and one coat of aluminium paint and white cement based synthetic enamel pain on RCC poles from each side except MS clamp and MS Channel complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in servicing of Four pole structure and greasing/oiling of gang operated switch (GOS) , changing of Jumper ACSR conductor and RYB pipe etc at various sub stations/ locations, replacing the rusted bolt nut washers, tightening the complete bolt nuts, earth connections, testing commissioning all as required at site. (Note: Items replaced should be measured and paid seperately under relevant items).

Material and labour in repair / servicing of Two pole structure with primer and one coat aluminium paint and greasing/oiling of gang operated switch(GOS) , changing of busbar, RYB pipe etc at various sub stations/locations, replacing the rusted bolt nut washers, tightening the complete bolt nuts, earth connections, testing commissioning all as required at site. (Note: Items replaced should be measured and paid seperately under relevant items).

Returning filling in including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil

S&F in replacement of ratio 7.5/1 Amp, 0.2s, 2.5 Va, 11 KV Indoor HT CT (Current Transformer) compound insulated with epoxy-mixture confirming to IS-2705 (1992) suitable for MESCOM HT metering cubical compartment incl servicing of HT, 11 KV metering cubical by use of varnis and thinner and other chemical complete including taking out old burnt unserviceable HT CT from metering cubical complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : Before replacement of HT, CT 11 KV of Metering cubical, It is necessary to give intimation to MESCOM rep and the work is only executed before unseal the metering compartment by the MESCOM rep and after completion of work the metering compartment again seal by MESCOM rep.

S&F in replacement of ratio 11 KV /110 Volt, 15 VA burder, 0.2 class, Earthed Type Indoor HT PT (Potential Transformer) B class compound insulated with epoxy-mixture confirming to IS-2705 (1992) suitable for MESCOM HT metering cubical compartment incl servicing of HT, 11 KV metering cubical by use of varnis and thinner and other chemical complete including taking out old burnt unserviceable HT CT from metering cubical complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note : Pror to replacement of HT CT 11 KV of Metering cubical, It is necessary to give intimation to MESCOM rep and the work is executed with authorised MESCOM Personel or in presence of MESCOM Rep)

M&L for complete servicing/ conditioning of HT 11 KV metering cubical by removing the set of CT and PT and two coats of Synthetic enamel oil paint over a coat of red oxide primer inside and outside of metering cubical and before painting preparetion of old painted surfaces and rusted area with sand paper complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Prior to servicing /conditioning of Metering cubical, It is necessary to give intimation to MESCOM rep and the work is executed in presence of MESCOM Rep or authorised MESCOM Staff only)
