The consumption for 1.2mm thick membrane DFT shall be 2 kg/Sqm/2 coats, all complete as per the manufacturers specification. PU waterproofing membrane must meet the following parameters: Adhesion to Concrete: >1 N/sq.mm, Elongation: > 300%, DFT min 1.2mm, Tensile Strength: ≥ 2.0 MPa, Water permeability(BS EN-12390 at 5 bar, 72H): Nil, Accelerated weathering (ASTM G 53): Pass 2000 hours, Solid content: > 70%, Root Resistance, Reaction to fire: Non-flammable complete all as specified and directed. a) The groove shall be made of approx 20x20mm on the vertical areas on the parapet walls or on pedestals before the termination of waterproofing membrane at the height of 300mm above the FFL. The Waterproofing membrane shall be terminated inside the groove and then fill the groove with BOSTIK SEAL 'N' FLEX ONE PLUS P590, single component PU sealant. b)The geotextile membrane of 200gsm shall be placed on the cure waterproofing membrane with an overlap of 50mm to provide cushioning & protection of waterproofing membrane complete all as specified and directed. The standared procedure for installation of grids is to be followed, where main runners of standard lenth of 3600 mm used along with cross section of 1200mm c/c . The main runner to be hung from the sofit with the help of 4mm dia GI wire hanger and 6mm dia wire anchore fastner @ 1200mm c/c ( Max ) complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for repair to existing false ceiling of any type with mineral fiber tiles having 16 mm thickness, of size 595mmx595mm tiles and refixing/repair of existing frame work with additional hanger, replacement of defective parts of aluminum frame work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of addintional member of frame work if required is also included in item rate.

Supply and Fix in repairs for solid PvC wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain PvC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix solid repairs 5mm thick PvC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall with nails/screws to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing aluminium doors/windows of size exc 1.5 sqm and re-fixing after tightening loose screw including replacement of unserviceable screw complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 23117.50 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
