Filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free ) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Application of leakage / seepage proof coating consisting if preparation of surface of exterior walls, parapet, chajjas etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil, grease etc and filling cracks more than 5mm wide with Dr Fixit Pedilite URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and crack less than 5mm wide Dr Fixit Crack X woder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and applying Dr Fixit primeseal primer or STP Ltd (and allow to dry/set for 8 hrs) and subsequently apply two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system of approved shade/colour of Dr Fixit Raincoat with DFT 100 microns or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at least 8 hours before next coat) through approved applicator all as per manufacture instructions including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

APP modified roof treatment over existing non accessible RCC roof slab/chajjah/canopy /parapet wall, below PVC/RCC water tanks etc of buildings to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (c) Laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacture of membrane. Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:-

(i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gm/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450/sqcm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end lap. (e) Over the membrane provide solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank tripple layered cylindrical vertical with closed top 500 litre capacity hoisted and fixed in position, connecting to inlet and outlet pipe connections, with and including 20mm dia GI wash out with plug in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of PVC Water tank at any height ( on accessible/inaccessible on roofs) by removing all scale, dirt, mud ,any foreign material and removing accumulated silt, other dirty substance,algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank cleaning shall be done by draining / pumping out water/sludes from bottom removing edge and another growth from wall / floor / roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set and again claening the tank with fresh water .Disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical ( chloriten) After cleaning writing letter/ figures an black ground with white enamel paint of following capacity cleaning of PVC every six months:- (i) Date of cleaning. (ii) Next due date of cleaning. (iii) Remove of the existing lettering / figures completely. The process of claning for the following capacity of water tank:-

(a) Cleaning of PVC water tank capacity n exc 500 litres.

(b) Cleaning of PVC water tank capacity exc 501 ltrs but n exc 1000 litres.
