Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work In excavation over areas (exceeding 30 cm In depth, 1.5 M in width as well as 10 Sqm On Plan), in all kinds of soil, by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 M and lift upto 1.5M, as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Earth work In excavation over areas (exceeding 30 cm In depth, 1.5 M in width as well as 10 Sqm On Plan), in all kinds of soil, by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 M, for each additional 1.50m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.50m lift as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Earth work In excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic Excavator)/ in all kinds of soil, In foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 M in width Or 10 Sqm On Plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 M, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of Surplus Excavated Soil within A Lead Of 50 M as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (design mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, plinth beams, mass concrete and similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
