M&L for Cleaning of blocked Water Closets (WC) of any type at any floor from WC to first manhole and making the drain pipe fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction including disposal of sludge/waste material upto 50m , bringing the same in pit complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will Maintain a Pucca Bound register to record the cleaning activities. The register will be signed by User reps, JE and AGE and produced at the time of payment.

M&L for Cleaning of blocked Kitchen, bathroom, washbasin ,urinals from nahani trap to gully trap/ first manhole and making the drain pipe fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction including disposal of sludge/waste material upto 50m , bringing the same in pit complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will Maintain a Pucca Bound register to record the cleaning activities. The register will be signed by User reps, JE and AGE and produced at the time of payment.

M&L for Complete De-Sludging of Choked Manholes and Septic Tanks of any Description with Sewage Suction machine (Honey Sucker) of minimum Capacity 4000 litres after plugging of incoming sewage line and throwing the sewage/Sludge into designated area of Sewage treatment plant all as directed. Note:- Contractor will Maintain a Pucca Bound Register to Record Deployment of Machine , Quantity of Sludge extracted etc. The register will be signed by User reps, JE and AGE and produced at the time of payment.

M&L for Cleaning of underground Sewer pipes of dia upto 300mm including manholes by rodding from manhole to manhole, manhole to septic tank ,flushing with water ,taking out sludge and other materials by blocking of drain pipes, carrying/ removing the same to a distance not exc 50m and bringing in pits including covering the pits with soil in layers 45cm thick complete all specified and directed. Note :- Contractor will Maintain a Pucca Bound register to record the cleaning activities. The register will be signed by User reps, JE and AGE and produced at the time of payment.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and choking of sewer lines. Choking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150 mm dia upto 300 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sewer cleaning machine will be made available by the contractor minimum 2 times in a month as and when needed and required by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor will Maintain a Pucca Bound register to record the Deployment of Machine. The register will be signed by User reps, JE and AGE and produced at the time of payment. Only number of hours machine operated will be recorded in MB for payment purpose.

Demolition of Brick masonry in cement mortar including stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches,in hard/dense soil n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250 mtr and not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in levelling course, for floor benching etc, finished even & rough to receive cement mortar screen bed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with old retrieved bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed (Except Brick).

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:6) surface finished, fair and even surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cast in Situ cement concrete coping with Glass Pieces and type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in 1:2:4 for coping including necessary formwork as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in patches (repairs) of any description on stone or brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:6) surface finished, fair and even surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Camouflage pattern theme painting incl artistic colours on new/old surace of walls, Ceilings and pillars etc with Exterior Emulsion paint and Exterior primer over white Cement putty upto 1 mm thick over plastered or unplastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after complete removal of existing treatment in any number of layers by scrapping including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of cement base paint on new/ old plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone set paving laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed wtih cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, B1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1 /41h the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212 , BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed

S&F providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm, Made of GI wire of dia. 4 mm, including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required including dismentling old fencing complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embeded in concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel Fe-410 (Grade E-250A) angle or tee section as in post, cut to length and bend to shape as directed, fixed independetly without connecting plate etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 11mm to 15mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but length of bolt n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 as in foundation, filling and mass concrete (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surface of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing with appropriate method and testing in trenches DWCPE (SN 8) nominal size 150 mm dia(ID)/180 mm (OD) dia as per IS-16098 (Part 2) : 2013 with and including all items and activities required depth to make sewer line functional including the excavated soil maintened in slope and well ramming and compacted in slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing with appropriate method and testing in trenches DWCPE (SN 8) nominal size 175 mm dia (ID)/200 mm (OD) dia as per IS-16098 (Part 2) : 2013 with and including all items and activities required depth to make sewer line functional complete the excavated soil maintened in slope and well ramming and compacted in slope all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe upto 200mm dia and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required.

M&L for Brickwork with sewer bricks in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan n exc 6 m mean radius for man-holes/septic tank/ soakwell etc. in sewer works, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4) surface finished, fair and even surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and Fixing Factory made Precast Concrete manhole covers MD-10 as per IS 12592 all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge
