S & F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

S & F 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardantgrade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L Mild steel frame work as in door chowkhats with angle iron welded together ends of angle shouldered and fixed to opening and welding 3 Nos mild steel butt hingese, and 6 nos hold fasts made out of FI 25x3 mm 30 cm long for fixing of chowkhats( Butt hinges paid separately),complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe - 290-0 or E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for factory made second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutter 35mm thick, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/guage etc, without sash bars, mitred and rebated, with edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc, sizes of stiles, rails and sash bars including stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire stapples as per SSR Part I CLAUSE 8.24 (a)complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 40mm thickness in two to three layer thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 15mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecting steel props (up to full height, braced at centre, resting on wedge and block to support the structure provisionally during repair work and maintaining them in position till required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. all as specified and directed.
