Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation, laying GI pipes and UG cables etc not exc 10 sqmtr on plan, in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 50 mm outer dia double wall corrugated (DWC SN-8) HDPE pipe, ISI marked for enclosing cable below ground/road surface to a required depth including suitable size couplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for GI tubing of 40 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling/pole or in trench formed by road/PCC cutting/boring as cable protection laid on floor all as specifed and directed.

Materials and labour for GI tubing of 50 mm bore light grade with all fitting fixed to wall/ceiling/pole or in trench formed by road/PCC cutting/boring as cable protection laid on floor all as specifed and directed.

Labour only for taking down existing LT UG cable 1100 volts grade of any size and relaying after removing unserviceable/faulty portion, necessary repair and making connections all as specified and as directed. (Note: Earthwork and items required for repair shall be measured and paid separately)

Materials and labour for water proof, 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 Volts grade for electrical connection of street light fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic polycarbonate cable junction box having IP 66 protection, dust proof, acid resistant, shock proof, fire retardent self extinguisher for outside installation with knockout entry for cable of size 10-16 sqmm and of size 295x195x95mm with terminals, brackets for street light pole mounting and provision of one 6A MCB SP all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for repairing of cable junction box by replacing all cable terminals followed by dressing of cable heads and refixing with two aluminium strips with nut bolts all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for servicing of cable junction box by taking out old all cable and refixing the same after putting insulation tape over XLPE cable and inserting suitable lugs all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for taking down any unserviceable street light fittings/flood light/garden light/gate light/fountain light fitting any type/size and refixing same after repair/replacement of all unserviceable accessories of any type and size from existing position/location or removing connection by cleaning terminals and shifting materials to store for keeping in safe custody for repair work or taking credit complete all as specified and as directed.
