Cleaning and sweeping work of office and colony premises at THP 3x105MW Sirmour.

NCSR Item1- Dry sweeping of the office, guest house, residential and other utility buildings with phool broom including removing of wave nest and cleaning of all dustbin, bucket and disposal the material at the suitable place including all T&P, labour and accessories as directed by Engineer-in-charge (frequency- alternate day) except holidays.

NCSR Item 2-Dry sweeping, cleaning of colony roads with bamboo broom including all rain water duct and foot path uprooting of grass & other vegetable from road, kerb stone & side drain i/c destroy/ burning garbage at suitable place, i/c cost of T&P, labour and materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Frequency Weekly).

NCSR Item 3- eriodical cleaning of open drain in dry/wet condition of public building office and residential building including clearance of silt and garbage of waste materials i/c all T&P, labour and material required and disposal of material at approved locations as directed by Engineer in charge (frequency once in month).
