Manning and operation of sewage Treatment plant at 28 Punjab STP of capacity 80 KLD by deploying adequate and experienced qualified skilled operator/staff, round the clock including Sunday and holidays in three shifts per day of 08 hours each ( Ist shift from 0600 to 1400 hours,IInd shift from 1400 to 2200 hours and IIIrd shift from 2200 to 0600 hours) complete inclusive of daily, weekly , monthly, quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly maintenance of equipments. scope of work as described in notes given below complete all as specified and as directed .

Rates required to be quoted for executing the work as describrd in Srl.No. 1 here-in-before:-

Worker's wage per person as per existing rules

Employees state insurance as per existing rules

Contribution of Bonus as per existing rules

Over head & profit on srl No 1.02 to 1.04

LWC as per existing rules on srl No 1.02 to 1.05

GST as per existing rules on srl No 1.02 to 1.06

Scope of Work for srl no. 1 comprises:- (i) Stacking the sludge cakes properly (ii) Cleaning the blockages in any pump/pipe line (iii) Supplying/distributing the treated water regularly as per the directions. (iv) Complete cleaning of grits and channels daily. (v) Brooms and cleaning materials will be arranged by the contractor (vi) During the cleaning safety equipments will be supplied/arranged by the contractor.

(vii) POL will be collected from MES store yard under Sch B free for use ,by the contractor at his own arrangements.For record purposes PRRB shall be maintained. (viii) Removing the algae/ sludge in the tube settler and keeping the surrounding area clean daily and removing vegetations etc failing which recovery of Rs. 200/- per day shall be made. (ix) Mixing of the chemicals as directed .

Notes for srl No 1 :- Maintaining the following records :- (i) Record of chemical consumption. (ii) Record of treated water and electricity consumption (log sheet) (iii) Record of DG set daily running (log sheet) (iv) Record of water meter reading

Notes for srl No 1 :- (i) The Plant shall be run by the skilled operator minimum qualification ITI/ matric with minimum three year experience. Non submission of police verification with ID proof of operator(s), a panel recovery of Rs. 1000/- per person per month shall be made.

(ii) (a) Working hours of a particular team of workers shall not exceed 08 hrs per day and no workmen shall be allowed to work beyond 08 hrs per day. (b) In case the contractor fails to deploy requisite numbers of workmen, the operator / workmen against defficiency shall be deployed at risk and cost of the contractor through SPOT QUOTATION and no payment shall be made to the contractor for the shift involved. (c) In addition to above a recovery of Rs. 500 per shift per workman shall be made from contractor's dues as and when becomes due. (d) Duty roster of manpower deployed shall be displayed otherwise recovery of Rs 500/- per installation per day shall be made.

(iii) All the provisions of contract labour Act 1970 shall be strictly adhered to. (iv) For payment of minimum wages to the workers provisions of particular specifications shall be strictly adhered to. (v) Log sheet for records shall be supplied by the contractor after approval of format by GE/Engineer-in-charge.

(vii) Chemicals, Diesel and engine oil for DG set shall be issued under Sch 'B' as free for Use .

(viii) Contractor shall ensure that treated sewage water shall confirm to the following characteristics:- (i) TSS : < 10 mg/litre (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/litre (iii) COD : < 150 Mg/litre (iv) ph : 6.5 - 8.5 (v) Total Coliform : < 100 MPN/100 ml (desired nil) (vi) Residual CI < 1 mg/litre

Notes for srl No 1 :- (A) The rate quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included for all the aspects mentioned here-in-after. (B) (i) The tenderer shall upload and submit original copy of MOU executed / made with OEM such as M/s Hydrotech paryavaran India Pvt Ltd or M/s ION Exchange or M/s Fontus or M/s Thermax or M/s SIMA Labs Pvt Ltd or any other E-in-C’s approved firm in the office of GE(U) water supply, Delhi Cantt-10 before the scheduled bid opening date. (ii) The MOU shall be executed / made as per specimen MOU given at srl No 14 here-in-after. (iii) Please note that in absense of MOU executed as per specimen MOU, price bid will not be opened.

Specimen of MOU (For srl No 1 ) We, M/s [Name of the OEM] do hereby undertake the followings:- (i) STP will be operated and maintained under guidance & supervision of our experts and it will be ensured that plant is run by skilled workmen. (ii) We will inspect the plant monthly and submit the report for the efficient functioning of the plant. (iii) We will ensure that the test result of the treated water comply with the paramenters given in the contract agreement. (iv) We will provide commited technical support in the advert of any requirement of the same and proper operator training will be provided in order to run the plant effectively. (v) We will provide the details/ estimates of the chemicals required for the sewage treatment plant. Note :- (a) Inspection report of OEM shall be enclosed with each payment details, failing which no payment shall be made to the contractor. (b) The contractor's rates shall be deemed to be included for above aspect. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
