Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filled screen and graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed. (Quoted rate inclusive of supply of road metal)

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm and deep exc 50m but not exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) mix prepered in hot mix plant and laid with machanical paver rolled and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces by using roller exc 8 ton & n.exc 12 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) aggregte lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite, spread, watered and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber rolled and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces by using roller exc 8 ton & n exc 12 ton complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and M&L for applying by providing evenly a priming/tack coat with cold bituminous emulsion @ 10 kg/10 Sqm etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix prepered in hot mix plant and laid with machanical paver rolled and compacted to reqd gradient and camber and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces by using roller exc 8 ton & n exc 12 ton complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

M&L for preparation of old/previously untreated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one of cement primer paint complete all as specified on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing of old steel gate during the resurfacing of road and refixing in same opening after rolling complete all as specified and directed: Note: Rate include for material and labour required for raising height of gate from ground level like steel angle, cleat, box type hinges, wheel runner, roller etc.as required including welding for smooth functionable of gate complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Paving Bitumen grade VG-30. ( For Price adjustment in Job Mix Formula) Rate is ₹ 72 for per Kg.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 20770.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
