Taking down steel tubing and connections for 15 mm bore pipe all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-1.00 here-in-before but 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/concealed and ceilings or laid in floors of any length all as specified and directed.

All as per item No- 3.00 here-in-before but 20 mm dia all complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc) including cleaning of old pipe complete all as directed.

All as per item No 5.00 here-in-before but 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of existing tanks, Cleaning and removing all dirts and scales from water tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes, setting aside and re-fixing in position etc of capacity not exceeding 1000 Ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note : Date of cleaning shall be written on tanks and will be paid separately.

Writing letters ( Block Roman, Italic ) or figures in bold capital letter by painter not exceeding 15cm high on cleaned tank like " TANK CLEANED ON ………… (date to be written) " complete all as directed.

S & F in repair gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of 20mm bore dia of pipe complete all specified & directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 54.00 above but area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 450x300x7mm thick over 10mm thick rendering (1:4) on vertical surface as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 57.00 above but as in skirting over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) n.exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/path/ hardstanding surface finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Day to day complaints for Cleaning of spot blockage for gully trap/ nahani trap / floor trap /man-holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC tank cover for the PVC water tank of any capacity at any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair PVC moulded cabinet mirror of size 500x400 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of debris or dumped building materials from tech area to out of the MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. All the tools and equipments for carrying out and removing of debris will be arranged by the contractor and deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S & F in repair wind driven turbo ventilarors of 600mm size. Top is made out of all aluminium with powder coating, shaft and varipitch are made out of stainless steel and aluminium respectively alongwith heavy quality ball bearing system without FRP base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size quality or description) from wooden frames etc glazed with putty or fixed with beads all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 78.00 above but from metal frame all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pinheaded sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with glass clips, oil putty/wooden beading in square n. exec 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing finished even and fair surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.
