Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders including cost of all labours, lead, lift, T & P, etc. complete.

Providing PCC 1:3:6 for foundation with 12 to 20mm size machine crushed HBG metal including plasticiser at the rate of 100 ml per bag of cement, all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding for works upto 3m. heights using 10 to 13 cm. dia. best quality casuarina props, the distance between the two rows being 1.25m. and the spacing of posts being 2m. in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m. overlap on either side and braces at 2m. c/c including longitudinal & transverse middle braces to stepup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm. thick & 1m. width, etc. including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, safety measures, etc. complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding for works above 3m. heights using 10 to 13 cm. dia. best quality casuarina props, the distance between the two rows being 1.25m. and the spacing of posts being 2m. in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m. overlap on either side and braces at 2m. c/c including longitudinal & transverse middle braces to stepup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm. thick & 1m. width, etc. including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, safety measures, etc. complete.

Removing the spalled / distressed RCC from the existing concrete to an average thickness of 20 mm and retrieving from steels & clearing away the debrises from the site as directed by the engineer at site including cost of all labours, lead, lift, tools & plants, etc. complete.

Providing one coat of Nitozinc primer in the exposed rods including cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, safety measures, etc. complete.

Supplying & providing TMT rods including cutting, bending, tying & fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Providing centering and shuttering for columns using M.S. sheets of size 90 x 60 cm with BG 10 guage stiffened with welded M.S. angles of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm laid over silver oak scantlings of size 10 x 6.50 cm at 90 cm c/c & supported by casurina props 10 to 13 cm. dia at 75 cm c/c complying with standard specifications including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.
