Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads etc complete.

S&F solid PVC moulded door frame of size 50x47mm, made out of 5mm thick one side prelaminated and other side plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelaminated sheet, reinforced with MS square tube fixed with screw/plugs to brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded prelaminated PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelaminated PVC Sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3 mm thick pin headed type glass ordinary quality in square n.exc 0.50 sqm each fixed to aluminium window frame.

M&L joint free, Non skid ceramic, coloured tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick, 1st quality, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm (400x400mm) in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of tiles over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Coloured, glazed ceramic tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x 350mm x 7mm thick (As directed by Engr-in-Charge) in vertical surfaces (including designed borders) such as skirting and dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (Rate of Designer border in vertical surface shall deemed be included in quoted rates)

M&L machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick in flooring, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thick marble work using Makarana white marble stone (table rubbed and polished) laid in pattern (10 to 15 cm wide strips between flooring) as in floor including pointing in white cement and marble dust (1:2) to match with shade of Makarana white marble shade over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10 to 12 mm thick Makarana white Marble stone work in skirting/dado including pointing in white cement and marble dust (1:2) to match with shade of Makarana white marble shade over and including 10mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/hard standing and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand:2 coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) ( using white cement in place of ordinary cement in the top layer of the item of washed stone grit plaster) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with wire brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately under respective item of this Schedule)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.)
