Finishing wall with weather coat of approved quality two coats to give an even shade with brush to outside wall surface after cleaning surface including cost of paint watering and curing cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour,cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors. (Out side Building,Deduction of Door,Door,Window,Compound Wall)

Distempering two coats with any approved colour including cost of distemper and all labour etc.(Inside Room,Office,Hall,Deduction of Door,Door,Window)

Iron work wrought and put up in window grating including drilling holes in choukathas including cost of rod etc. complete.

Providing for fixing big six or trafford G.C.I. Sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete but excluding cost of fitting including drilling holes in wind ties per 1 Sqm.(Over Cycle Stand Roof )

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes and all labour, T & P etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm HG metal including all cost , carriage, royality, taxes, and all labour involved for completion of item of work as per the direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Providing C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite crusher broken chips including all cost carriage royality taxes and all labour involved for the completion of item of work as per direction of Engineer- in - Charge.
