M & L for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in filling of sunken floors including demolition / digging of existing filling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surface in CM 1:4 duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specofied and directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be mesured and paid seperately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of NITOBOND SBR polymer modified coating to a thickness of 1mm, 1st Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Water 2 Ltrs, Cement 3 Kg) Second Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Cement 3 Kg) applied thoroughly without any traces of dirt or laitance as in sunken floors complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 75mm bore cast iron nahani / Floor trap with CP grating including jointing to existing pipe in cement mortar, fixed in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as directed.

S & F CI bends/Y (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers suitable for 75mm bore pipe includng dismantling of old un serviceable cast iron fittings complete all as directed.

S&F cast iron waste and vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with run lead joints laid in floors 75m bore sand cast pipe ISI marked including dismantling of old unserviceable cast iron pipes, complete all as directed.

S&F CI bends/Y (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers suitable for 100mm bore pipe includng dismantling of old unserviceable cast iron fittings complete all as directed

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with necessary clamps including dismantling of old unserviceable PVC pipe complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110mm dia complete includng dismantling of old unserviceable PVC bends complete all as directed.

Complete removal of trees/plants, upto roots growth on bldg's roofs, chajjas, at junctions of pipe line fixed on walls and coming on bldgs and removing the material (Branches and plants ) to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as directed

Repairs to leakage from CI pipes line joints of 75/100 mm dia by using eye pieces , rubber seal , cement including removal of loose material etc in the leakage portion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair SGSW gully trap square or round mouthed type 'P' of size 150mm x 150mm with CI grating including raising upto plinth protection with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, and covered precast manhole cover with frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 PVC nahani trap /floor trap with grating including jointing to existing line in cement mortar or cement solvent complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) size 580mm x 440mm with integral foot rests ( excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete including connection to trap and flushing pipe antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550 X 400 mm excluding taps, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including CP waste coupling & brackets and fixed complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and preparation of newly prepared surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete stone masonary surfaces of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubing down with water and preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1.5mm thick cement based putty white complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on any surfaces, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete including preparation of surfaces and applying three coat of white wash complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed bed complete all as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured rectified tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) first quality area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles with screed complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7 mm thick vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles laid on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat including dismantling existing tiles along with a backing coat complete all as directed.

S&F in repair solid PVC door frame of size 50x47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube 19mm x 19 mm of gauge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M. S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in floor finished even & smooth with out using extra cement inclusing demoltion of existing concrete complete all as directed.

M & L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate in landing cover slab for man holes etc.)chulla hoods chajjas water troughs shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work and demolition of existing concrete complete complete all as directed.

S & F in repair for 100mm stack clamps made out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 15mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof .

S & F in repair for 75mm stack clamps made out of 50mm x 5mm flat iron and 15mm dia round iron stays including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof .

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of walls cornics etc and apply one coat of white washing and all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.29 above but on ceiling

M & L preparation of old decorated cement base paint surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down etc and applying one coat of cement base paint and all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant cement primer after preparation of surfaces on old decorated surfaces of walls including removal of existing treatment and all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down complete and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint and all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint and all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in CM (1:6) finished fair and even and all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM (1:3) finished fair and even and taking out existing plasering all as sppecified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L for two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified

M&L for applying three coat of white washing on new plastered surfaces of wall incluidng preparation of surfaces.

M&L for applying three coat of white washing on new plastered surfaces of ceiling incluidng preparation of surfaces.

M&L for applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces and all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
