REPAIR/ CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MAN HOLES, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE WELLS, AREA DRAINAGE, PATH CULVERT IN MD/OTM ACCN AT MIL STN KALKA UNDER GE JUTOGH

Cleaning the septic tank/sludge chamber of any depth/area/condition incl taking out stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc deposited in the septic tanks, filling in closed container and depositing in excavated pit, at least 500m beyond nearby living accn or area as marked by station controlling authority, covering the pit with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime on covered pit and around septic tanks/ soakage wells to make it hygenic complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of pumping with mechanical sewage pump, excavation of earth pit and fresh lime shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Charges of covered container incl its transportation shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Depth of liquid sludge in the septic tank will be determined and recorded before commencement of work by any Engg conventional method in the presence of Engr-in charge and Contractor.

Attending complaint by providing a sweeper for 08 working hours for the work of cleaning of SGSW/CI pipe line up to the dia of 300 mm fixed to wall/floor any position and cleaning of blockage from water closet(Indian or Eurpean), trap, Floor/Nanhi trap of kitechen/Bathroom by by rodding, pumping, etc and the work all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P likd rods, bamboos and other safety devices etc complete. (ii) Complaint shall be rectified within 06 hours in receipt of complaint. In this regard also refer Schedule-A Notes.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas in hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas in hard/dense soil exc 1.5m and n exc 3m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade 'A', laid in trenches and jointed in CM, internal dia of pipe 150 mm incl providing concrete bed to drain pipes 150mm dia in PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graed crushed stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes class, NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars 200mm bore of pipe incl providing concrete bed to drain pipes 200mm dia in PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graed crushed stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description in manhole cover complete all as specified and directed .

S&F precast factory made RCC Drain cover slabs 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with different sizes available sizes available 1200 x 600 x 100/75/50 mm thickness 900 x 600 x 100/75/50 mm thickness 1000 x 500 x 100/75/50 mm thickness 800 x 600 x 75/50 mm thickness 750 x 500 x 75/50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab for roofs, landing, balconies , canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof , floor slabs, landing or similar work, n.exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), flat rough finished complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting in to existing manholes/outlet chamber of safety tank for connecting drain pipes making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required, for 150 mm internal bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, pillars, arches etc but excluding ashlar facing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work, with sub class 'B', bricks kiln well burnt, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m in mean radius, built in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick walls or stone surfaces, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with and incl liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type-B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes up to 150mm dia (SGSW/AC/PVC or reinforced concrete pipe) set in cement mortar incl concrete bed to drain pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.
