Supply, delivery, erection, testing & commissioning of cubicle type out-door weather proof main Feeder Pillar made of 3mm MS sheet of size 1500X1000X600mm water tight, dust & vermin proof with hinged door & locking arrangement on front & rear side, 2 nos. locks, incoming & outgoing fuse carriers, cable entry, earthing strip, incorporating the following technical specifications with complete power coating: Single line diagram on main feeder pillar is to be painted showing feeding arrangement. (a)  Incoming 1 No. – 400 Amp. SFU with HRC fuse links. (EE/GE/C&S/Siemens/L&T make) (b)  Bus-bar 500V, 400Amp., TPN aluminium with insulation paint. Size 50X8 mm. (c)Outgoing 10 Nos. 150A TPN, 415V HRC fuse carriers with HRC fuse links (EE/GE, Siemens/L&T/C&S make.) As per drawing of feeder pillar enclosed. & The feeder pillar will be mounted on cement concrete foundation 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarsand graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of suitable size. The feeder will be manufactured by C.P.R.I. approved company. Analysis of rate (approx. wt. 196 kg. without accessories). YEIDA SOR-10

(a)Incoming 1 No. –200A TPN SFU (L&T/Siemens/C&S/EE/GE make) (b) Al bus bar 200A capacity of 40X5 mm size duly painted with insulation paint./PVC tape. (c)  Out going 18 No. – 100 A (Kit Kat) (Havells/L&T/Siemens/C&S/EE/GE make) The feeder pillar will be mounted on cement concrete foundation 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarsand graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of suitable size. Supply & Laying of Aluminium Conductor XLPE insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top . On surface the cadle run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-In-charge, Complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-Incharge. UPPWD-2018 , PS- 501 (R) 3.5Cx240 sqm.

On surface the cadle run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-In-charge, Complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-Incharge. UPPWD-2018 , PS- 501 (Q) 3.5Cx185 sqm.
