M&L for glazed ceramic coloured /printed tiles 300x450x 7mm/ 300x600x7 to 8 mm thick ( First quality) over and including 10 mm thick backing plaster in CM 1 :3 as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for screed bed or bedding laying of cement mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick for as in floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling AC corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ridge/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling of Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS : 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (Cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section (Galvanized @120 grams, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross 'T' of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 15x32 mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from trusses/ceiling using suitable suspension arrangement as per manufacturers instructions/literature, GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main 'T', bottom exposed width of 15mm of all 'T'' sections of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at centre of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for concealed point wiring for modular fittings with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated1100 volts grade, multistranded, copper conductor, single core, unsheathed cables (FRLS quality) drawn through and including PVC conduits of suitable size but not less than 20 mm dia (medium grade) with all fittings and accessories concealed in walls/ceiling etc including cutting chases for conduits and sinking for boxes and making good to disturbed surfaces including suitable size of modular metal box , frame and cover with PVC insulated and unsheathed, single core, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for one light point / fan point/ one call bell point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be inclusive for necessary chasing and cutting and making good .

(a) Two run of cable, one run earth wire and one run PVC conduit will be measured as one length. (b) Rate shall be inclusive for necessary chasing and cutting and making good to match the existing surfaces.

Supply and fix bracket made out from light grade GI steel tube 25mm dia minimum length 1.2 Mtrs and bend at 120 degree to shape for fixing LED street light fitting complete inclusive of all necessary fixing arrangements such as clamps, nuts, bolts etc duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
