Providing two legged pipe scaffolding using 40mm first class M.S. pipe including fixing cross bracings, couplings, EJP couplers for cross bracing and base plates including erection of scaffolding, conveyance charges, loading and unloading charges and dismantling after completion of the work and removing from the site etc., as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and installation of Anutone / Tectum / Heradesign / Equivalent Brand of Acoustical Slim Wall Panelling of synth slim, polyfibre panels, core-pigmented, high-density, Synth PF rigid panels of size 1200 x 2400 x 9mm thick, volume density 210 - 230 kg / m3, weight 1.9-2.1 kg/m2 installed by using GI strut frame work system. The GI strut frame work systems includes GI strut CC 50 cross channel having thickness 0.7mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 50, depth 25mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to wall positioned horizontally in a regular manner at 600mm centre to centre. Anutone (or) Equivalent Brand of strand, square edge, magnesite bonded pine wood fibre core tiles of size 600 x 2400 x 10mm, density 400 kgs / m3, weight 8 kg /m2 are fastened to strut CC 50 cross channel with suitable fasteners. Longer edges of the panel should be perpendicular to strut CC 50 cross channel. Synth slim panels are then adhered to strand behind with stick S7 adhesive. The system is backlined with the acoustical infill SynthPF 500 gsm 50 thick. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.85 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc., complying to standard specication.

Providing and fixing of the Acoustic fibre glass/Mineral fibre acoustical suspended grid ceiling of quality make of size 600 mm x 600 mm (Micro look) edge tiles with suprafine exposed grid. The tiles should contain the Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Noise reduction coefficient of 0.09, Light Reflectance >90%, Thermal Conductivity, k = 0.052-0.057 w/m k, White colour and Fire performance A2-s1,d0. The module of size 600mmx600mm of 15 mm thick with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile which is suitable for green building application with recycled content ranging from 70 to 80%. The tile should be laid on the silhouette profile grid system with 15 mm white flanges incorporating a 6 mm central reveal in black colour. The rate includes the cost of materials, transporting charges, loading, unloading charges, labour charges for fixing in position and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the Departmental officers.

Modifying the existing wooden door by providing a layer of glass wool of 25 mm thick which is placed over the existing door and fixing of 3 mm thick flexible mass vinyl sheet over it which is used for reducing sound transmission and providing noise isolation from unwanted sources over that a 9 mm thick Wigman Vineer Ply is fixed as per the approved design. The door edges shall be fixed with sound blocking door strip. The rate includes the cost of materials, transporting charges, loading, unloading charges, labour charges for fixing in position and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the Departmental officers.
