Construction of one No. RCC OHSR having capacity 4,00KL (4,00,000 ltrs) height 30.50mtr. up to FSL & 25.50 mtr. up to sill level from formation level complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging, RCC roof, ventilator, single man hole cover, lightening conductor, aluminium ladder inside tank portion etc. complete as decribed in schedule No. 3. Providing & fixing CI/DI Double Flange expansion joint conforming to IS -1536-1989 or latest and bail mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design, Duck foot bends conforming to ISI-9523-2000 and CI/DI Double Flanged end sluice Valve duly ISI marked (IS 14846-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes, including providing and installing intel, outlet, scour pipes and overflow DI double flanged pressure pipes horizontally cast in sand moudls as per IS 8329-2000 or latest duly ISI marked from bottom dome to duck foot bend and further up to 2.75 mtr as per detail specification. TMT steel and painting of all the structure shall be included in cost complete in all respect as per specifications. (The specification & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil of 8.75 tones per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. the contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing standard capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantites from the standard drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm. to the safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+prevalling celling premium). It also includes, providing & fixing automatic Electronic water level control device and construction of Plinth protection around OHSR with masonary toe wall with 40mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top over 100mm thick CC 1:8:16 & inside earth filling within lead of 5 km including construction of overflow haudi complete in all respects.

Providing, Stringing out, cutting, Jointing and testing of ISI Marked D.I. Pipe (S&S) as per IS 8329 and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients, jointed with rubber tyton joints fitted complete including all cartage. D.I. Pipe as per IS 8329 DI-K9 d) 200mm i/d

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing , testing & cost of Nut ,Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge).
