Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) including supply and mixing of WPC @3% by weight of cement on concrete surface of roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg /Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing water proofing treatment with a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.50 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm) over a tack coat of dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surface and Apply two coat of Aluminium paint of any surfaces description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The overlaps shall be of minimum 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction)

Dismantling of existing tanks exc 250 Ltrs n exc 500 Ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethyene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) twisted and fixed in position including 25 mm bore size of ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge any thickness incl nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel steet 0.50-0.53 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with hot dip mettalic coating of aluminium alloy (galvalume 150 gms/sqm total of both sides, AZ 150 of BMT 0.45mm measuring 0.53mm thick with finish coat as per ASTM A-792 or AS 1392) and wall sheet coated with 25 micron thick paint on top and back coating on sheet shall be 10 micron as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwes as specified and also surface should be dust free.
