PROVN OF 20 NOS AIR CONDITIONERS AT 2N DET AND 06 NOS AC AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT INS PALLAVA AND PROVISION OF BOLLARD LIGHTS IN CHILDRENS PARK PATHWAY OFFICERS AND SAILORS ACCN AT TS AVADI UNDER GE NAVY CHENNAI

Supply, lay and connect end terminals of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 4 core 10 sq. mm , with alumium lugs for cable end terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables/pole foundation and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated HDPE pipe of nominal size 50 mm ( inner dia approx 38 mm) along with accessories to pipe joints , as per IS: 16205 part-24, The pipe shall be with the following properties: outer wall corrogated, inner wall plain surface, preferably orange colour,Anti rodency,Non-flame propagation property, permanently lubricated silicone inner layer for smooth cable insertion,Anti-termite property, Pliable , to be used for cable protection & laid in trench complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for bollard base footing including necessary form work and fair finishing exposed surfaces and inserting suitable size PVC conduit pipe for cable entry & exit inside foundation, incl foundation nut - bolts of the bollard light to be grouted in the foundation, incl two coat painting of foundation with exterior plastic emulsion paint including plaster, putty etc. as required for smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix pole mounting type FRP cable looping box with connector , of inside dimension 280mm x 235mm x 135mm , with DIN Rail for fixing MCB , including brass gland (two nos.) of size selected based on outer dia of 4C x 10 sqmm cable (approx. 22 mm) and the looping box to be fixed on bollard light with suitable flat iron arrangement / flushed into foundation platform complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 AMP, complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring in replacement with two run single core 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 1.5 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 20 mm dia including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 1.5 Sqmm cable and one run of 20 mm conduit will be measured as one unit length.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LT feeder pillar box in replacement , CPRI Approved , factory fabricated in an factory having modern fabrication and testing process which includes seven tank pre-treatment process comprising of degreasing, rinsing, de-rusting , rinsing, phosphatising, rinsing and passivation followed by power coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns . The doors shall be provided with suitable gasket and latc including PCC foundation for erecting the panel board. Feeder piller shall be suitable to accommodate the following as specied and as directed.:- OUTER SHELL : The outer shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet &MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame, factory fabricated with front & back openable, double door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate of thickness 3.15 mm powder coated having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The outer shell shall be powder coated Siemens grey structural RAL 7032 shade. INNER SHELL : inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, front & back open able single door system lockable / openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks (2 Nos in each compartment),having louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air.The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size ‘F’ class insulator made on non hygroscopic, non combustile , track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not more than 500mm throughout the length of the TPN bus bar for the following panel The bus bar chamber comprising of high conductivity aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 Amps three phase and half the capacity for neutral.
