Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quarry rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose in or under foul conditions etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
