Routine maintenance of Main Turbine

Charges for cleaning of Main turbine and its turbine auxiliaries and day to day minor preventive maintenance works including of Central Lub oil purification system, MAW & MAL valves, CRH and Extraction NRVs, Vacuum Breaker system and OVEF, connected lines, etc., Free from oil, dust etc., and attending minor oil leaks, drawal/devolution of oil barrels form stores to MOT for topping up of oil, shaft lift checking and hand barring operation to bring the set on turning gear and checking N2 in Accumulators of control fluid system, HP BP & LP BP system etc.,

Charges for MOT Duplex filters cleaning work involves draining of oil from MOT lub. oil duplex filter cartridge, removal of the top cover, lifting 5 nos. filter elements, cleaning the element with diesel, air washing and putting back the filter elements into the cartridge, closing and tightening the top cover with bolts and ensuring no oil leakaqe.

Charges for Control fluid regenerative system Filter's cleaning / replacement work involves draining of oil from CF regeneration unit Pre, Post & Earth fuller filter cartridges completely, removal of the top cover, Lifting all filter elements, replacing/ cleaning the element by air washing and putting back the filter elements into the cartridge, closing and tightening the top covers with bolts ensuring no oil leakage

Charges for MOT Centrifuges cleaning work involves draining of oil from the centrifuge, Opening the top cover, removal of Bowl and stacks, cleaning them by diesel, air washing assembling back the same in sequence and periodical maintenance if any and normalization ensuring no oil leakage.

Charges for Inspection and Cleaning of protection rack plate type filters in Main Turbine Governing system work involves draining of oil, inspection, cleaning the filter, renewal of 'O' rings and reassembling the same

Charges for Inspection and Cleaning of HPCV/IPCV Pilot valves in Main Turbine Governing system work involves Isolate the control valve oil lines, removal of control valve pilot assembly top & side covers after loosening of all bolts, removal of pilot valve & liner assembly from the control valve, cleaning of all components including bearing by using petrol and air, checking necessary clearances of pilots with liners, replacement of worn out spares if any, reassemble back of all components with proper sequence, placing & tightening the pilot assembly top & side covers, opening of control valve oil lines

Charges for welding joint works for 1" Dia pipe by cutting of old damaged parts of high pressure steam line pipes, valves, and bends; edge preparation, fitting and re-welding with new/old pipes or new/old valves and fittings by IBR certified welder. This includes the cost of special welding electrodes, filler rods, all kinds of consumables required for the works. Charges including the cost of consumables and hire charges for T&Ps

Charges for Dismantling and Assembling of Oil Vapour Extraction Fans (OVEF) in Main turbine Lub oil system (2 Nos) & Control Fluid system (1 No) and seal steam exhaust Fans (1 No) including cost of consumables and hire charges of T&P’s

Charges for Dynamic balancing of the fan impeller at the rated speed including cost of consumables and hire charges of T&P’s

Charges for up keeping, cleaning and attending minor repairs of 3 Nos of 3 Ton capacity hoist. The scope of works involves: up keeping & cleaning of gear box assembly, Mono rail, hook assembly etc., attending minor repairs and lubrication whenever required. This work including cost of consumables and hire charges of T&P’s lubricants will be of cost.
