8.5 TR Ceiling suspended with R 407/410 refrigerant

Refrigerant piping(Suction & discharge) drawn from hard copper tube of suitable sizes, with copper elbows, tees, necessary hard ware for installation etc. with thermal insulation covering etc as required for above ceiling suspended units.

Note: The colour shade for the air distribution equipments like ducts, diffusers, grilles, etc shall be approved by the Client / Architects before procurement and execution. The powder coating shall be 50 to 40 microns

The air distribution system comprises with all supports like anchor fasteners and tie-rods, cradles, angle iron supports, bolts and nuts, 4mm thick self-adhesive neoprene rubber gasket, stiffeners, zinc chromate painted angle iron flanges, chipping and plastering of openings made for duct supports etc., filling the gap with fibre glass wool and with fire sealant complete as per specification. The rates quoted shall include turning vanes, straightening vanes, splitters, inspection doors probe, provisions for BAS sensors, inlets with test openings enclosures complete with locking caps, chain, gaskets, insulating plugs, and extension for insulated ductwork etc.

Supply, installation, testing and balancing of air distribution system consists of factory fabricated GI sheet Flat Oval and powder coating duct with factory made fittings like bends, tees, hanging support - gripple make cable (#3 type) with crimp arrangement supports, spacing and fixing as per SMACNA standards. The rate shall be inclusive of powder coating (Mat finish) for the ducts. The colour shade shall be approved by the Client / Architects

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications.

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³,with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply and installing of Thermal insulation, Material shall be processed FM approved Crosslinked polyolefin foam with factory applied reinforced aluminium foil. The material should be fibre free. The Thickness of the material shall be as follows.

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply, fixing, testing and balancing of Aluminium powder coated Fresh air with storm proof louvers, volume control damper, MS weld mesh bird screen / mounting frame - 100mm louver spacing and 45 deg angle suitable for protection against splashing rain water fixed within a right aluminium frame.

Supply and installation of Powder coated extruded aluminium linear/patch grilles with 15 degree deflection with volume control damper for supply air Grille.

Supply and installation of Powder coated extruded aluminium linear/patch grilles with 15 degree deflection for return air Grille.

Supply and laying of 40 mm dia PVC drain piping of 4 kg /cm2 rating complete with Insulation(Nit rile Rubber), supports, fittings like elbow, tee joints, screws, clamps etc.

Supply, laying, terminating, testing and commissioning of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed steel armoured copper 1100V grade power\ control cable as required with terminations.
