Supply & Laying of 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm,of broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering from outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm thick Plain cement concrete typeD2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graged stone aggregate) as sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavataion in trenches width not exceeding 1.5mtr and depth not exceeding 1.5metre for foundations, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for manholes etc and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/mass concrete for wall and post struts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L dressed laterite stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L returing filling in including spreading levelling watering soft/dis integrated rock in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Applying 3 coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing Plain cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregates) for kerb stone including form work in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028 of SSR Part-II, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing old treated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting /Taking down and refixing existing mild steel railing other postion with Plain cement concrete bed in post holes complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- Plain cement concrete shall be measured and paid separately]

Excavation in post holes in soft/disintegrated rock each n exc 0.50cum getting out,returning in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) parapets,wall copings, including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, and similar work conforming to fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith after preparation complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and cleaning of bushes/ vegetations including roots from ground and removing rubbish material off the premises complete and applying weedant complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Providing Cement concrete in surface channels and drains type B2 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.
