Taking down the unserviceable LT cable of any size from tranches/ walls /floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- laying of cable route is same as old cable route .

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core including testing after laid and jointed all as specified and as directed Note:- Excavation and earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separetely.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of Cables, poles, stay and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in repair Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 50 mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner Diameter with IS 16285 (part 2):2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1100 Volt LT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) All T&P and other accessories required for checking and finding of fault in cable shall be provided by the Contractor (ii) Charges/rent of the fault locating mobile machine, operator, engineer, electricians etc shall be deemed to included rate quoted by Contractor. (iii) Checking and finding fault upto 05 places of same route of the cable will be considered as one Job.

Supply and fix in repair Heat shrinkable straight through cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm. Note :- Any Excavation and earth work, Returning and filling, Removing involved shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED flood light 200 watt, Warm white 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete, including three core copper flexible wire of size 1.50 Sqmm for connection from street light fitting to OH line or junction box, with taking down old unserviceable flood light complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18 but LED flood light 100 watt, all complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs thermoplastic cable entry junction boxes of size 250 x 200 x 105 mm and IP-65 protection level with metric knock out fixed on poles with MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including MCB SPN, 6-32 amps, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50Hz including necessary incoming and outgoing electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc., separate (detachable) gland plate, bakelite connector 4 way 20 amp, dust and vermin proof, front door opening with hinges and locking arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair bracket for street light fittings made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe of light grade 1.5 m long each bent to shape & size required & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 30 x 5 mm flat iron including GI Nuts, bolts and washers and painting of clamps and street light brackets with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fittings bracket to street light fitting including taking down old unserviceable bracket of any shape and size all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erecting & fixing in replacement of steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate, pole cap, nut bolt washer etc type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) swaged poles conforming to IS 2713 (Part-I to III) 1980 all as specified including two coats of black bitumen paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth and applying two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer (externally) and Numbering of poles as directed including excavation /earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm aggregate for pole foundations of size 600x600x1500mm height upto ground level and using PCC 1:2:4 B-1 for coping with size 450x450x300mm including necessary formwork complete with including taking down old unserviceable pole all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair retro reflective boards in shape of rectangle of size 1.0 m x1.4 m made out of 2 mm thick stainless steel both side bounded/pasted with high prismatic (iv) sheet mannufactured by avery dennison or 3 M with desired letters/logos designed as directed the board shall be supplied with and including stainless steel frame made out of 25 mm dia pipe in frame around duly welded with and including stainless steel sheet and stainless steel posts of 38 mm dia and full length of 2.20 m one side and 2.8 m other side complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :(i) Rate for fixing of boards with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 filling of size 45x45x60 cm to be incl in unit rate. (ii) The board should be written description as direction given by Engineer-in-Charge)

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, 4 sqmm 2 core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire.

S&F in replacement ONLOAD Changeover switch 320 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 V in sheet steel enclosure suitable for fixing on wall at existing position, including with all incoming and outgoing connection with cable lugs, washers, nutbolts and accessories complete with taking down old unserviceable changeover switch all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator made out of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of size 60cm x 15cm x 5cm thick grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 pillar fo size 30 cm x 30 x 45 cm in ground with and including necessary foam work and making on board MES LT Cable (1100 Volt) with arrow indicating cable path (marking shall be engraved and colour painted), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling with aggregate of gauge 20 mm crushed stone back colour suitable for spreading in electrical sub stn after preparation site by removing all type of debris, removing unwanted soil, and spreading lime powder beneath the aggregate all as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of electric poles of any type of following sizes including MS cross arms, MS clamps, street light brackets, bracket clamps, cable protection pipe stay etc of any sizes and shape & dusting, cleaning the surface complete and applying one coat of primer and two coat of aluminium paint completely, alternate layer of yellow and black paint of 150 mm strip at the bottom of pole 1.5 mtr above coping with synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Height of rail /tubular poles exceeding 7.5 Mtrs upto 11 Mtrs above ground level.

M&L for preparing surfaces of electric Two pole Structures of any make and height of pole up to 10 Mtrs above ground level including MS cross arms, AB Switch pipe, DO Fuse assembly, MS clamps, brackets, bracket clamps, cable protection pipe stay etc of any sizes and shape & dusting, cleaning the surface complete and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Spray painting to existing LT Panel of any capacity / size / type including mounting angle with two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint complete including dusting, cleaning of existing dust before applying synthetic enamel paint and writing feeder name with approved colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sub station area by uprooting all types vegitation, shrubs, weeds, saplings and creepers of unwanted trees complete with the help of spade, axes, crowbars, and thereafter chemical spraying will be done and other mechanical means after taking necessary electrical shutdown from concerned incharge of various sub stns of Military Stn Kamptee.

Material & labour and T&P for disconnecting Cable connections, shifting of Transformer / DG Set, installing, testing and commissioning of Transformer / DG Set Outdoor/Indoor type of any capacity from one location to other location within the defence land (Kamptee and Nagpur) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of materials required for connecting, commissioning and testing of Transformer / DG Set shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.
