Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles above grade M-30 of 450mm diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap) Note: Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tubewell boring machine shall not be used .

Vertical initial load test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity) of single pile upto 50 tonne safe capacity in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. Note: 2. Testing agency shall submit the design of loading platform for the approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal mix 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 using 40mm nominal size aggregate excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete complete all as directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers complete all as specified and directed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum for reinforced cement concrete work upto plinth level using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

15 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) on concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing new plastered surface of walls with two or more coats 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm icluding preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore with broken stone or boulder of gauge exc 40mm but n. exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including broom finishing complete.

Forming expansion joint of 10mm width and 50mm depth including filling in position PU sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834 for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted hot-dip galvalume aluminum-zinc alloy metallic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (Total Coated Thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 4, coating class AZ150 of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted hot-dip galvalume aluminum-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (Total Coated Thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 4, coating class AZ150 of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/facia and similar work, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as directed.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

M&L for point wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including PVC conduit medium duty with concealed wiring, MS sheet metal switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and hylum switch board cover 3.0 mm thick switch board with 5/6 A piano switch flush type one way 240 V and brass screws with cap washers for one light/Fan point controlled by one single way switch including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface complete.

Supply and fix exhaust fan heavy duty 300 mm sweep with louvers, 1400 RPM and connecting up including provision of copper flexible wire 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm and PVC connector block, necessary masonry work required for hole of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sq. mm 2 Core.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as directed

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below normal ground level ) connected to galvanized earth lead wire of size 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20 mm dia of length 2.7 m, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 Cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with Masonary earth pit of size 300mm x300mm , mortar 1:6 with Common burnt clay F.P.S.
