REPAIR MAINT OF PUMP, RO PLANT AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN UTARLAI

Comprehensive maintenance/ repair for RO Plant of capacity 5000 Ltrs per hour - 02 Nos as under : (i) Contractor has to provide one service each month by qualified technician (ii) Any complaint shall be attended within 24 Hrs. (iii) Periodical maintenance of cleaning the membrane/ cartridge/ filters with citric acid, washing with high pressure water pump, servicing of chemical dozing systems, calibration of level indicator, valves, greasing of raw water pump, high pressure feed pump, decarburizing of control panel/ LT Panel etc. (iv) Replacement of other major spares as per existing size and capacity shall be measured and paid separately. (v) During dismantling and reassembling, testing of the equipment safety measures shoud be followed and safety equipments like mask, gloves etc shall be provided by contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates Note: Rate of labour cost for dismantling the spares and assembling the new parts/ system is deemed to be included in the quoted rated of comprehensive maintenance. Note:Spare parts shall be measured and paid as under as “Supply only”

Supply only the following under mentioned spares/ parts in repair for RO Plant 5000 LPH

(i) Cartridge jumbo filter 20"(Micro filter) 5 micron

(ii) 80/40 membrane 2 core line as existing size/ capacity

(iii) PVC rotameter of 40 mm dia range 1500 to 15000 LPH

(iv) Multiport valve

(v) Anti scaling chemical

Repair to ACF by opening the chamber, remove all the materials like activated carbon, media upto bottom of the chamber, cleaning the inner walls by using suiatble cleaning agent, remove the fine deposits, cutting the supporting base by welding, fabricate the supporting base as per existing size and shape, fix to the chamber as before by welding, preparing the surface, painting with two coats enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, replacing the gasket of the opening way, filling the ACFwith media pebbles upto the top by laying in layers as before, close the opening and testing should be carried out upto satisfatcion of Engr-in-Charge. Note: Replacement of ACF 600 and various size of media shall be measured and paid separately
