SEWAGE CLEANING AND REPAIR OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS, SOAKAGE WELLS INCLUDING SLUDGEREMOVAL CLEANING, JETTING BY MECHANICAL MEANS IN OTM ACCN IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (A) SURATGARH AT SURATGARH MIL STN

Cleaning/functioning of existing sewage system and plumbing system (comprising of sewage lines in SGSW or CI pipes), manholes, septic tanks and soakage wells of different types and sizes and depth, house connection from WC, bathroom, kitchen etc including gully traps floor/Nahni traps, CI pipes and plumbing works, sewage lines of any dia and any depth n exc 3 mtr etc any dscription and in any positions ie below or above ground level, located in different situations and also on the surface of the wall etc complete in perfect functioning removing running/flowing conditions without obstruction by removing all blokages in system by suitable pumps and also incl removing of all wastes, solid or liquid or of any description from the any location complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Approx 5% complaint shall be executed at Biradhwal and CETC location. The rate for this provision shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for Cleaning,Flushing of chocked and desilting of outdoor sewage lines n. exe 300 mm internal diameter of any depth upto three meter. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesal/electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting machines fitted with pump of requisite capacty and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. the sludge deposited in the sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strict supervision complete all as directed. Note1:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanised operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning machine operated by truck/tractor mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising technician including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/stilt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc. Note 2 :- Approx 5% complaint shall be executed at Biradhwal and CETC location. The rate for this provision shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Dewatering/De-sludging/desilting of manholes of any size and any depth n exc 3 mtr and removing all solid/semi solid matter or silt residue both organic and inorganic in nature (by manual or mechanical system at Engineer-in-charge's discretion and including removing RCC manholes covers and refixing the same after cleaning the manhole, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- Approx 5-7% job shall be executed at Biradhwal . The rate for this provision shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Cleaning/removing RCC septic tank slab after demolition and Re-cast the RCC slab same after Dewatering/De-sludging/desilting of Septic tank of any size and any depth and removing all solid/semi solid matter or silt residue both organic and inorganic in nature (by manual or mechanical system at Engineer-in-charge's discretion) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note1: - (i) Demolition and re-cast of RCC slab and Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item. Note 2 :- Approx 5-7% of total qty work under the item shall be executed at Biradhwal . The rate for this provision shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for dewatering/desilting of soakage well ( soak well of dia exc 3 mtr but not exc 6 mtr and depth exc 5 mtr but not exc 9 mtr) including removing of all solid/semi solid matter including silt residue both organic and inorganic in nature and removing the sludge from the tank by machanical using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator and supervising technician including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc out side the MoD land/premises at any distance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including loading, unloading digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, surring sludge/silt/spoil/mud tec into the pit and spreying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractorduring the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with machanised operation by means of sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) The unit rate shall deem to include for all material, labour skilled/unskilled) tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transpotation arrangements. Note :- Approx 5-7% of total qty work under the item shall be executed at Biradhwal location. The rate for this provision shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&LChecking and attending complaints of cleaning/blocking of PVC/CI pipes any dia including checking leakage from bends,clamping the vertical stacks,jointing the leakages from bends , & other fittings/fixtures which is causing obstruction to sewage/waste water flow in PVC/CI stacks including carrying out minor repairs such as replacement of jointning material, or any other repair not mentioned herein before etc to make the PVC/CI functional and leak proof to the satisfaction of the occupants/users under the jurisdiction of AGE B/R I Note: (i) Contractor or his authorised representative collect such type of complaints from B/R I complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily except Sunday & Holiday. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint. (ii) Complaints must be completed within 24 hrs without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor. (iii) Any new items like bends , pipes ,clamps , access doors, cowl etc to be replaced while carrying out these complaints should be replaced under the respective schedules under the BOQ and this item will not be paid for in that case. (iv) The Contractor or his authorised representative shall come on daily basis with necessary equipments as reqd to carry out the necessary complaints. Non availability of equipments in any case will not be admissible

Surface dressing n.exc 15cm deep including Cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush wood under growth and roots for making approach and around septic tanks, soakwells, manholes to manholes for sewage line and removing the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 M and deposting as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in 1:4 as in half brick thick wall omplete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge..
