SPECIAL REPAIRS TO JOINERY TO BLDG NO P-687 MAP PHASE II AT BRICHGUNJ MIL STN, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness etc below or above ground level incl floor hearth tiles if any and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In -Charge.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters area exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc. 4.0 Sqm each(without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Materials and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
