Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement four P-sand), 20mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of Terracotta jolly Size of 20cm x 20cm x 0.75 mm as Per Standard Specification etc complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator).
