Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, within all lifts and lead upto 30m.

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary / moorum soil, excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre C 20") in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm(8) Layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5metre (5ft) lift and 30m.(100ft) lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be desposited as spoil banks within 30m.(100ft) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scraified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing Close graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401 For Widening

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in uniform layer to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying Dense graded Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 ton per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading -II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50% of mix, transported to site , laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade , lavel and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction. as per MORT&H Specification. No 507

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Over DBM

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m. (5fts.) and lead upto 30m. (100fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30m. (100 fts.) from the foundation trenches. as per MO clause 301

Plain cement concrete. 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed placed in foundation and compacted vibration i/c curing 14 days.

RCC Grade M20 Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks.

R.C.C. work with M-25 grade cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4'') gauge approved Stone grit 20 mm size excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work,

Supply & laying of 900mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Supply & laying of 600mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Supply & laying of 350 mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Supplying and laying one layer of tar felt or any other equivalent approved material at the junction of wall and roof of any place an roof as per direction of E/I including necessaryoverlap, giving a coat of approved mastic paint belowthe Tar felt and including supply of all materials , labour and tools and plants etc.Required for propercompletion of work fix as per standard.

Supply and fixing of 10cm internal Dia Ac Down pipes required for proper completion of work in weep holes.

Pointing with cement mortor (1:3) on brick work in sub structure as per Technical Sperifications.
