S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door / window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames / Chowkhat of size 65x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk / wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N(Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast / lugs / SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. (M.S. hold fast / lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S screws shall be paid separately

S&F Mild steel works as in bands, straps, clamps hold fasts and similar small articles conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks for hold fasts, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs, etc. to openings incl cutting toothing and properly bonding into old works also fixing jointing and pointing/plastering to match with the existing work complete in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Flush shutters, solid core construction, 30 mm thick with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F second class H.W plane framed, factory made paneled shutter 35mm thick (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial veneering on both faces, size of stiles and rails as per IX 1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.33.00 above but from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs or drilling out old glazing pins/springs clips and providing fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality, 4mm thick and glazing with oil putty/wooden/metal beads in squares n exc 0.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

The thickness of PVC sheet (panel ) should not be less than 10 m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 39.00 above but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauge in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tube. The wire gauze shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding ,any description, fixed in any position with nails/Screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 to 18 mm thick single side prelaminated woodgrain solid PVC sheet suitablely fixed in shelves; Partitions and shelves of built-in cupboards, almirahs, book cases, cabinet, racks, pelmets and similar work fixed with adhesive and maschine screws/nails etc complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm thick mineral fiber perforated board (white) of size 60X60 cm fixed to aluminium snap grid ceiling frame work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Aluminium grid shall be measured separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

S&F snake guard/door bottom sealing strip 36x1.5" for doors with carbon metal seal strip+ rubber insulation/weather proof with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of storage water tank of PVC/HDPE exc. 250 ltrs but n. exc 500 ltr capacity staged over RCC roof/floor slab or similar place inside /outside bldgs by removing float valves carefully, thoroughly cleaning the wall, floor and ceiling of the tanks, mouth of pipe etc, removing the dirty water, sludge and other depositions to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr to make the tank totally dirt free and finally cleaning the water tank with fresh water till water becomes clear to entire satisfaction of Eng-in-Charge and as specified in particular specification and refixing of float valves complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The date of cleaning will be mentioned at water storage tank with white/black paint and cost is included in quoted rate by bidder.

All as per item no 55 above but water tank of capacity exc 500 ltr but n. exc 1000 ltrs.
