Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand / M sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 1200x600 mm.

Add extra for providing spacers of 3mm thick for laying ceramic/vitrified tile flooring and grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout with cerafil (Epoxy germ proof joint grout) or equivalent mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Instead of ordinary pointing for the tile various size. For tiles above 60x60cm.

Providing and laying polished Vitrified glossy wall tiles Pattern type of Kajaria make as approved by Engineer in charge of size 1200x800x10mm (Model-Travertino Gold- Dark shade) and 1200x800x10mm tk (Model- Avorio Ivory-Light shade) at Wash basin & Urinal wall tile and neatly laid over in cement mortar 1:3 (Cement 1, M-Sand 3 ) 20mm thick with self adhesive of Cerabond.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick mirror polished, machine cut Granite for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand / M sand) Granite black. Area of each slab above 0.50 sqm

Extra for providing edge moulding to 18mm thick stone counters, vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high glass finish etc., complete as per design approved by Engineer - in – charge Granite work

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of First class hard wood and well matched commercial ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.30mm thick including ISI marked Stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws.(Shakthi / Kutty / Western India) Non decorative type.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : Second class teak wood.

Polishing the wooden surface using approved quality & make French polish /varnish including wood filler, thinner, colour pigmnt etc., and such other required materials, Two or more coats to give an even shade. (Asian / Sheenlac or Equivalent). For Door / Window /wall panelling /Furniture table / Class Room table etc.

Providing centering shuttering and form work for RCC works for all applicable RCC items in this schedule using best quality of film coated plywood / MS Sheets centering and shuttering materials, for required heights and sizes in all floors and all levels including charges for demoulding agent, removal of form work etc complete at all levels.

Providing and laying in position of RCC of grade M35 Concrete for walls and floors, columns, beams and slabs excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc complete at all levels as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (minimum cement content 380 kg/cum + fly ash as per IS 456).

Supplying cutting bending and fabricating and placing in position as directed steel (SAIL, TISCO or RINL) reinforcement for RCC works in all floors, using MS or High Strength Deformed bars/RTS and MS binding wire 18 gauge etc complete at all levels. Fe 500D grade

Interior painting: (two or more coats over a primer coat including complete scraping, other surface preparation like removal of loose paint residuals, damaged plastering, repairs to plaster, white cement based (JK / Birla) touch up putty / primer and making good the wall surface etc) Applying interior paint of approved colour, make, brand and product at the approved rate of surface coverage of painting as per Annexure A.1.3. The interior paint shall be applied over dry surface after complete scraping and removal of all loose or defective paint or powdery residue using mechanical methods with Zero dust vaccum technology followed with sealing the surface with a coat of approved interior primer before application of top coat of exterior paint. The contractor shall also carryout necessary surface preparation including removal of loose plastering, patch plastering, crack filling, micro-concreting, application of damp proof coating and making good the wall surface etc wherever required before applying primer coat. The contractor should ensure complete covering of floors using tarpaulin / plastic sheet while taking up the work. The work shall be executed as per the detailed specifications and special conditions mentioned in the Annexure 1. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of charges towards all labour, material, transport, scaffolding, safety arrangements, Personal Protective Equipments (PPE), tools and plants etc.

Interior painting: (One or more coats excluding complete scraping and primer but including other surface preparation like removal of loose paint residuals, damaged plastering, high pressure jet washing, repairs to plaster, white cement based (JK / Birla) touch up putty / primer and making good the wall surface etc). Applying interior paint of approved colour, make, brand and product at the approved rate of surface coverage of painting as per Annexure A.1.3. The interior paint shall be applied over dry surface after removal of all loose or defective paint or powdery residue using mechanical methods with Zero dust vaccum technology followed with High pressure Jet washing whereever required before application of top coat of interior paint. The contractor shall also carryout necessary surface preparation including removal of loose plastering, patch plastering, crack filling, micro-concreting, application of damp proof coating and making good the wall surface etc wherever required before applying top coat. The contractor should ensure complete covering of floors using tarpaulin / plastic sheet while taking up the work. The work shall be executed as per the detailed specifications and special conditions mentioned in the Annexure 1. Providing and fixing of glazing with insulated double glass (exterior with 12mm glass and interior face with 6mm glass with adequate gap) (Make : Saint-Gobain). Fixing the glass shall form part of the system cost. Spacer for Insulated glazing unit shall be aluminum extruded profile and finished with AC 25 grade electrolytic colour anodic coating of black colour conforming to IS 1868 and filled with dry desiccant. Primary sealant shall be Poly-isobutylene (PIB) and Secondary seal shall be structural silicon sealant of DC 995 (one part) or DC 983 (two parts) of Dow corning or approved equivalent. Make and thickness of Inner pane glass shall be the same make as outer pane glass of IGU/DGU. However all the glass panes are shall be heat strengthened and the protection of glass as specified shall be responsible of the Bidder/Processor. The rate inclusive of suitable supporting frame work for fixing the glazing with Alexa Aluminum profiles ( Make : Dormakaba) as per the manufacturer specifications.

Providing and Fixing colour anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS :733 and IS 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and scews or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / Stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in- charge. Sub Head C - Provision of Precision AHUs and FCUs

CHILLED WATER PRECISION AIR HANDLING UNIT(PAHU)

SITC of PRECISION AIR HANDLING UNITS FOR ARCHIVE CENTRE. Chilled Water Type Units with EC Fan- Motors and with inbuilt Pressure Independent Valve. CRAC units should be with Electronically Commutated Fan- Motor drives and with Pressure Independent valve. The evaporator coil shall be constructed of rifled bore copper tubes and louvered aluminum fins, with the aluminum/ GI frame.The drip trays must be double angled for condensate flow and easily removable for cleaning. Units should be supplied with MS flanges for connecting chilled water pipes to the unit.Fans: Unit must be provided with direct drive backward curved fans each running with DC drive electronically communicated motors, the fans should be aligned and balance statically and dynamically. The fan speed must be controlled based on the room return air Temperatures and also must have automatic speed control without manual intervention. The fans can be one /two/ three no’s as per the manufacturer’s standard.Noise Level: 70 db from 1 MT of unit in free filed conditions. Humidity shall be achieved by using Immersed-electrode type humidifier by which steam shall be produced and the steam shall be distributed evenly into the bypass air-stream of the process cooling unit. The Humidifier operation should have periodic flushing cycle. The Humidifier should guarantee a perfect efficiency with low energy consumption and greater durability of components. The humidifier shall be fully serviceable with replaceable electrodes. Filtration level should be of 90% - 10 microns. Filter should be of HDPE media & washable type Electrical Panel Control cabinet to be provided with Type 2 enclosure, with grounding lug, combination magnetic starters with overload relays, circuit breakers and cover interlock, and fusible control circuit transformer. The controls shall be a microprocessor programmable logic controller. The controls shall have separate indication of operating modes (cooling, heating, humidifying and dehumidifying), alarm conditions (temperature high, loss of sensor, compressor HP & LP, wet floor, no air flow and low humidifier water). The display and indication shall be visible on the front without removing any external panels. Local and remote alarms will be triggered if an alarm condition is reached. Each unit must be provided with large screen GRAPHICAL DISPLAY and additionally the controller must have feature of DUAL SET POINT programming

DOUBLE SKIN FAN COIL UNITS - DECORATIVE TYPE CEILING SUSPENDED -INSIDE CONDITIONED SPACE

SITC of double skin chilled water Fan Coil Unit. It is proposed to install these units ceiling suspended inside the conditioned area without false ceiling. Hence, aesthetics of the unit is of parmount importance. The unit shall be constructed out of sandwiched panels minimum 43 mm thick RPUF insulation, with thermal break profile.The outer sheet of the panel shall be 0.8mm thick and the inner sheet shall be 0.63mm thick. The unit shall be provided with a Aluminium powdercoated grille for both supply air and return air. RA Grille on the rear side. SA Grille shall be provided in the front side. (please refer enclosed sketch). The units shall be with blow through design, units complete with pre-filters, fan section with DIDW forward curved fan directly coupled to a single phase motor operable in 3 speeds, 3 row deep cooling coil & extended drain tray. Coil section shall be with suitable air vent and drain points.The coil section and drain tray sections shall be provided with sandwiched insulation.The unit shall be sized to accommodate the isolation valves as well as the control valve. The FCU shall be factory fitted with isolation valves (ball valve with strainer at inlet and without strainer at outlet), 2 Way Motorised Valve(On/Off type) motorised valve with spring return (Valve to close when the power supply is cut off), necessary interconnections etc., Price to include for Room Thermostat compatable for BMS integration (Bacnet over MSTP) with On/Off, Fan Speed and Temperature Control with a digital display & upto 15Rmt of interconnecting wiring between FCU and Thermostat in GI conduits. Supply, Fabrication, Erection, testing and Commissioning of Factory fabricated rectangular ducts(boxed up in factory) of approved makes using GI Sheets. The price shall include TDF flanges, turning vanes, supports Gripple supports shall be used. Cost includes sealant, neoprene gasket, hangers, access door etc. Only flanged joints are acceptable for ducts above 150 mm size. All transverse joints shall be sealed with silicon sealant. The joints shall be with least leak. The duct gauge construction shall be for 2" static as per SMACNA 3rd edition. The quoted ratre shall be inclusive of loading, transportation, unloding, shifting & conduciting the pressure test as per the techical spcification & drawing details. 20 G - GSS (1.00mm)

FLAT OVAL DUCT

Supply, fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated GI flat Oval ducts. The price shall include associated coupling, bends, transformation pieces, collars, turning vanes( if any), ' GRIPPLE' supports/hanging system. All the duct joints shall be sealed with silicon sealant. The joints shall be with least leak. No additional payment will be made for insulating couplings,joints etc., The quoted rate shall be inclusive of loading, transportation, unloding, shifting & conduciting the pressure test as per the techical spcification & drawing details. 22 G - GSS

PAINTING OF DUCTS

Painting of Exposed ducts, VAV, Dampers, collar ducts, etc,. inside conditioned area with an external coat of primer and finished with 2 coats of enamel spray painting. (primer and one coat at factory and second coat at site - colour as approved by architect). Pricing to include cost of providing suitable measures to prevent the spray painting at site from spoiling other services or surfaces. Kindly note that these ducts would be exposed and the finishing shall be of the highest quality to achieve better aesthetics. GI Rectangular/Flat oval/Spiral ducts for Airconditioning and Ventilation ducts, Dampers, Collar ducts, etc,. with Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of enamel paint.

SITC of duct dampers (VCD) of opposed blades of aluminium aerofoil section housed in sturdy aluminium frame with PVC/nylon gears, lockable handle etc.,

Supply & Installation of Fusible link type Fire dampers fabricated out of 16 G GI complete with outer frame, damper blades, GI sleeves, fusible link and suitable flange for connecting to the duct. The damper shall be of atleast 2.0 hr fire rating. The price shall include fire sealant around the dampers after installation.

THERMAL INSULATION

SITC of Thermal insulation of Rectangular/Flat oval/Circular supply air & return air ducts using closed cell Nitrile rubber (class "O") insulation with LOW VOC adhesive on surface of the duct and inner face of the insulation. Insulation shall be done internally inside the duct for Rectangular/Flat oval / circular ducts for ducts running exposed in the conditioned areas and for other closed areas insulation shall be done outside suface area of the ducts. The joints shall sealed with 48mm wide, 3mm thick self adehesive nitrile rubber tape. Insulation will be measured as the same area of the duct being insulated. No additional payment will be made for insulating flanges etc., The insulation thickness shall be as follows. 13mm thick insulation

ACOUSTIC INSULATION

SITC of Acoustic lining of Rectangular/Flat oval/Circular ducting with 10mm thick open cell nitrile rubber foam of 140 to 180 kg/cum density, thermal conductivity 0.050w/mk and class 1 rating. Inside surface for the ducts shall be covered with Low voc adhesive recommended by manufacturer and mechanically secured. Insulation will be measured as the same area of the duct being insulated.
