Material and labour half brick fly ash works, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M means radius built in CM 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 above but except bricks (serviceable bricks obtained out of dismantling shall be made use of ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry uncoursed, Secunderabad type well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in cement mortar 1:6 etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.5 above but except stones (serviceable stone obtained from dismantling shall be made use of under this item), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in copings, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Raking out joints/ pointing to random rubble uncoursed/ coursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle/ flat iron/chanel framed work such as iron gate, ladder, SWT frame, grills, gratings, framed guard bars, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh not exceeding 4 Kg weight per sqm, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric to angle iron frame not exceeding 4 Kg weight per square metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing post/struts (steel/ RCC/wooden) of any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, (post embedded in cement concrete/natural ground), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS angle iron conforming to Fe- 290(Gde E 165) as in fencing post, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing steel and iron surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in hard/dense soil not exceeding 0.50 cum and getting out, return filling ( after fixing posts with PCC but excluding fixing post and PCC) and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed granite aggregate) for angle iron post, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1(using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area not exceeding 100 sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ony Chain link of size MS galvanised fencing any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standard, rails, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to required shape including cranking, hooking ends and securing with welding with 10 cm overlaping between two bar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe- 290(Gde E 165), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 90mm to 110mm spacing and straing and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incluing securing with provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as directed (each line wire to be measured)

All as per item No. 29 above but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material / soil / Debris to a distance exceeding 500 m and not exceeding1500 m, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8, Type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in foundations including rafts, footings and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in Columns, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel Bands, straps, supports pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to IS specifications, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 37 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.
