Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. and including ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles like paver blocks laid dry manhole cover and removing rubbish off the premises etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) as in ground floors, copings and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in framed trusses purlins rafter stanchions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated, steel sheeting any gauge thickness in roof covering including ridge complete all as specified and directed .

Precast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) solid block masonary exceeding 10cm and set in cement and sand mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional Antitermite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub structure to a depth of 300 mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed factory made rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement with pigment and including 25mm thick machanicaly compacted thickness of sand/stone dust bedding below pavor tiles laid to required level & slope complete all as specified and directed.

6mm thick asbestos cement two piece and adjustable plain wing ridge , fixed with 'L' or 'J' hook or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed).

15mm thick plaster in cement and mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick work/concrete surface or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint in different tints on surfaces of wall any colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in wall reating wall basements wall ballast wall and the like any thickness above top of footing including attached pilaster and buttress complete all as specified and as directed.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted stone masonry built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

V shape fencing forming mortice hole n exc 50 cum for blusters , newels , rag bolt etc ang grouting with cement mortar 1:2 after bluster as for refixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to mild steel fencing posts, any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples, or steel pins pins etc, fixed as in repair complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (each line of wire shall be measured and paid separately)
