Removing of old unserviceable cushion seat and back from sofa with arms and supply and fixing new foam cushion of size 560 x 530 x 100mm density not less than 32 and new white cotton cloth (for cover of cushion) & new tapestry cloth costing not less than Rs 200/- per RM and chain shall be provided to the cushion as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed. Removing old unserviceable plastic cane from seat and back of chairs of all types, Bin soiled lines, stool dressing CB etc and recanning with new plastic cane 2 mm wide half round cream / white in Godrej Pattern as per E-in C’s drawing No FD-204 sheet 1/1 hole shall be covered with 4mm wide plastic cane half round cream / white of approved and best quality complete all as specified and as directed. Removing of unserviceable/ broken steel drawer from table office officer steel with drawer and supply and fix new steel drawer including painting with two coats of olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drg, specified and as directed. Removing of unserviceable/ broken top from following tables and supply and fix new top of MDF board of 18 / 19mm thick, BWR, exterior grade, ISI marked, one side teak face & other side white and providing 4mm thick first class hard wood teak wood beading around the top complete all as shown on drg, specified and as directed.
