Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement indoor type LT rising main (bus duct) casing made out of 1.5mm thick sheet metal hot dip galvanised steel and painted with RAL 7035 resins consisting of aluminium busbar of 800 Amp (3L + N + PE), 42 kA for 1 sec, sandwich type bus bar trunking the bus duct enclosure consists of 4 C-ribbed section bars bordered and riveted .The Bush duct quoted is 3P, with 100% Neutral and enclosure as integral earth in GI as standarad with IP 55 and type is multi layer polyster film in class F insulation. Operating voltage upto 1000V, impulse with stand voltage12kV. Entire Aluminium alloy treated with 5 galvanic process (copper plating+Tin plating) with each standard length of straight feeder shall not exceed 3 mtrs and each having 3 Nos outlet providing of plug outlet and coverand also fix with two take-off points at each floor, including provision of expansion joint, and re-fixing of all existing electrical connections/facilities. Rising main to be installed along wall of multistoried bldg at Block D, F , Canteen Block and AHU Block, with fixing materials complete as per size requirement all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) All necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) The entire work shall be executed on Saturday/Sunday/ holiday during day & night with written shutdown and prior permission of user only. The Contractor shall ensure to make the entire electric supply functional on each working day before 0600 hrs before leaving site of the cab sectt. (iii) Price of refixing existing earthing strip and all existing connection along with fixing materials shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) Contractor must visit the site in each block (switch room) of multistory bldg and ascertain himself nature of the work before quoting the rates. (v) Drawings shall be provided by the contractor made from OEM and be submitted for approval prior to manufacting of the bus bar riser. (vi) At the time of installation of bus riser , engineer from OEM shall be present at site for guidance for proper installation, testing & commissioning. Cost of the same shall be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer. (vii) Contractor shall upload MOU/letter from OEM alongwith T Bid that the work shall be carried out by OEM/his authorised channel partner failing which financial bid of tender shall not be opened. (viii) After completion of work of each bus riser in each block (switch room), test cert shall be produced by the contractor from OEM before claiming RAR/FB. Cost of the same shall be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer.
