Takingdown unserviceable self-starter 24 volts for DG set (Perkins Model 4012-46TAG0A) from engine,dismantling and opening of stater and armature,replace the wornout carbon brush,pinion,ignition coil bearing,bushing, including servicing, varnishing of stater after repairing assembling,refixed to same position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs rotating rectifier diode set (forward - 3 Nos & reverse - 3 Nos) along with surge arrestors suitable for 1250 KVA Cummins DG set (Perkins Model 4012-46TAG0A), fixing and connecting in the circuit, starting and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for carrying out "B" check for 1250 KVA DG set [Make: Perkins, Model: 4012-46TAG0A] as per manufacturer's recommendation including replacement of necessary spares and filters such as Fuel filter-02 Nos , SLO Bypass filters-02 Nos and Lub oil filters-04 Nos complete including rectification of minor defects, cleaning of air filters/ crankcase breather/Baffeltype breather & coolant tank with air blower, replacement of Engine oil & coolant and tuning of engine all as specified and directed. Location: WB&RJ NSRY [Notes: (i) Supply only Engine oil & Coolant shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rate quoted shall include for all filters, topping up distilled water in batteries & minor accessories like nuts, bolts, 'O' rings etc.]

Supply only premix coolant/ corrosion inhibitor suitable for 1250 KVA DG set Make: Perkins, Model: 4012-46TAG0A as per manufacturer's recommendation.

S&F battery terminal, brass heavy duty (two nos) complete suitable for fixing on battery poles with nuts and bolts complete including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable battery terminal all as specified and directed.

S&F battery lead copper conductor single core 70sq.mm, 2 metre long (two nos) complete including soldering of copper lugs including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable battery lead complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing oil/ grease deposits, oil/ paint/ corrosion flakes and cleaning the external surface of 1250 KVA DG set of Make: Perkins, Model: 4012-46TAG0A, along with acoustic enclosure using wire brushes, coarse cloth, cleaning agents etc. and applying two coats of heat retardant paint of approved tint by spray application complete including necessary T&P like spray gun, air compressor etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of turbo blower intake air filter set complete (Primary & Secondary filters) for1250KVA DG set of of Make: Perkins, Model: 4012-46TAG0A complete all as per manufacturer's recommendation.

Draininng up the fuel tank/Diesel tank in a separate empty barrels, disconnecting the fuel lines from the fuel filters and taking out the fuel tank and clearing internally and remove the accumulated slludge/Sediments and arresting leakages, reconnecting back all the removed fuel lines and mounting the diesel tank its orginal position, supply and replacing the drain plug suitable and including painting of external surfaces by using synthetic enamel paint of two coats over one coat of red oxide primer testing complete for 1250KVA KVA DG Sets capacity Diesel Tanks of DG sets.

Disconnecting/ dismantling 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 cycles exhaust fan electrical motor mounted at top of DG set from its location and shifting to work shop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding of motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enamelled copper winding wire using proper Garware insulating paper, insulating with Class I varnish, and oven drying for requisite insulation values, reassembling the motor completely and bringing back to its original location, greasing, fixing back in position, connecting back electrically and mechanically with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and as directed for DG set of capacity 1250 KVA of Make: Perkins, Model: 4012-46TAG0A

Supply and connect in repairs and test lead acid battery heavy duty 12 volt 180 AH complete with initial charging complete all as specified. (Make : Exide/Amaron)

M&L for repair of DG Set 1250 KVA of Make: Perkins, Model: 4012-46TAG0A by dismantling the sub-assemblies such as fuel pump, fuel injection, governor, turbo-charger, radiator, oil cooler, engine heads, rocker arms, self starter, dynamo-engine wiring, terminal contacts and safety controls etc., including replacement of spare parts as required and re-assembling the sub-assemblies after carrying out necessary repairs including testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down old Silencer Exhaust pipe of any dia and length of existing make and model mouted at any height and ceaningwith cleaning agents, metal filling as per site requirement for 1250 KVA DG sets installed at WB&RJ, refixing the same Silencer Exhaust pipe with necessary new nuts, bolts and washers including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
