Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed of the foundation to the required width & depth and stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas as per the direction of E.I.C.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) with 40mm & down graded size hand broken H.G. metal for foundation concrete approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with all labour charges.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size broken hard granite chips for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying per 1 cum.

Fly ash Brick work 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cmsq with dimensional tolerance ± 8% in CM (1:6) in foundation and plinth including conveyance, royalty and other taxes etc. complete.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure of size 9"x5"x3" having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm² with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance & royalty of materials with labour charges etc complete in all respect. a)upto 3.00mtr Height

Fixing colour Vitrified tiles in wall of size 600mm x600 mm of approved make conforming IS:13755 laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar(1:3)and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc rrequired for the work all completeas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying ,fitting and fixing Ceramic Floor tyles 30cmx30cm / 40cmx40cm of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 cource sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (For New work Only)

Fixing colour Glazed tiles in wall on 12 mm thick cement plaster(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to matche shade of the tiles including polishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing chequred tiles in floors,treads or steps and CM (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with landings on 25 mm thick pigments to match the shades includind cost for rubbing, polishing & cost of marbel tiles

Manufacturing, supplying, fitting and fixing MS doors & windows & frame made out of 35mmx35mmx6mm size MS angle iron of approved design including cost, conveyance, taxes with all lbour charges required for the work.

Supplying, fitting, and fixing of Bath room fibre door of approved make including fibre choukatha all GI fittings all cost, conveyance taxes etc complete.

Supplying fitting & fixing of steel ventilator glazed composite with MS grill out side Iron frame with glass pairs including supplying & fixing of putty & wire clips, screw & nails & cost of materials

Labour for fixing GCI Sheet in roof drilling hole in windties including fixing of ridges velleys wind ties etc complete
