Dismantling posts or struts (wood, or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in the concrete including dismantling of barbed wire fixed and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ disintegrated rock soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per ser item No 7 above but except bricks.

Material and labour for 15mm thick plastering work in rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate) in coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel in joist, channel, angle or tee sections Fe410-W (Gde-E-250 quality ‘A’) fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths ie within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixmild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and diameter of neck not exceeding 12mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Supply only 4mm thick mild steel galvanized, PVC coated, chain link fencing having weight not less than 3.50 Kg per square metre, grid size as directed complete all as specified and directed. Note: Fixing shall be measured under appropriate item of schedule

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chain link fencing and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of bushes/ site clearance up to 1 metre both side from the fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus spoil dismantled material exceeding 250 metres and not exceeding 500 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
