Taking down aluminium point wring(light, fan, socket or power) including fittings and fixtures if any and making good distrubed surface of walls, floors, etc to match with the existing, surfacecomplete all as directed.

M&L for light point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq.mmm PVC insulation unsheathed muilt-starnded FRLSH copper conductor 1100 Volts grade draw through in and concealed type in PVC conduit in walls/roof including making necessary chases in walls and making good to match with exterior emultion paint for existing surface and including provision of modular metal GI flush boxes with modular metal frame plate and white cover for housing switch, sockets, regulators etc, including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conducotr cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for one 5 amps one way modular switch for one light/bell point, complete all as specified and directed. Note;- (i) Two runs of 6 Sq.mm copper conductor, one run of 6 sq.mm copper earth continuity conductor and one run of suitable size of PVC rigid conduit and required conduit accessaries shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) Extra lenght of cable / wire required for connection to MCBs shall not be measured and the measured and the rate quoted per unit shall deemed to be inclusive of the same acordingly.

Taking down the existing unserviceable ceiling of any make/ model and sweep for overhauling / servicing after disconnecting carefully cleaning and checking for unserviceable components, and replacing the defective components such as bearing, rubber bush/bolt, gunmetal bush, capacitor flexible chord and shaft / painting etc., including assembling after lubricating the movable components and installing in its original position connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.42 above but single phase Exhaust fans and Air Circulator from any height installed in residential/workshops. Note:- Bearing/ Gunmetal bush/ rubber bush bolt/ capacitor/ Rewinding / cord flexiable / shaft shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items of Sch ‘A’.

M & L for rewinding of any make/model of fans including removal of existing burnt windings carefully from the slots, cleaning the slots thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with super enmelled copper conductor of same gauge/same number of turns as that of existing and connecting the coils suitable to operate on 230 volts single-phase AC supply permanent capacitor type, tying the windings nd applying air dry insulating arnish and drying the windings thoroughly all as specified and directed for :-

Ceiling fan of 1200 / 1400 mm sweep.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 mfd suitable for ceiling fan and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge Make- Tibcon/Capco.
