MANNING, OPERATION AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINTAINANCE OF LIFTS ALONG WITH CONNECTED MISC E/M WORKS AT BASE HOSPITAL UNDER GE E/M BASE HOSPITAL AT DELHI CANTT-10

Amount

Comprehensive maintenance of following electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passenger lifts installed at Base Hospital (M/s ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India) as per following details complete all as specified and as directed:-

ADM BLDG (Base Hospital)

(i) Ground + One floor (two landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device of capacity 2000 Kgs lift. Make : ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India) installed at Adm bldg in Base Hosp. = Total 01 No.

Note: (i) The above comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out through OEM (M/S ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India) only. The tenderer shall submit an intent of MOU from M/S ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India) for this effect along with the tender in cover 1.

(ii) The contractor shall submit MOU and copy of Annual Maintenance Contract (With machine Nos of each lift) from M/S ThyssenKrupp Elevators (India) within seven days of acceptance of tender (As per proforma given in Appendix 'A' to Perticular specification on stamp paper duly notarized), failing which the contract shall be liable to be cancelled on contractor's default.

(iii) The contractor through OEM shall attend any complaint regarding emergency break down and rescue of trapped persons in the lift within Two Hour, failing which a penalty of Rs 2000.00 per complaint per Hour shall be shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. Any damage or loss on this account shall also bear by the contractor.

Manning & Operation of LIFT installed at Base Hospital ADM Bldg with 01 Semi Skilled Lift operator in 02 Shifts of 08 hrs per day except Sunday and Holiday complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 02 :- (i) One operator shall perform only one shift of 08 hours in a day. If the same operator found in other shift a sum of Rs 500/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (ii) Contractor shall submit the nominal roll and qualification of operator within 15 days of acceptance of tender. Failing which a penalty of Rs 500/- per shift shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (iii) Contractor shall ensure attendance of all operator in shift wise if any operator found absent from duty a sum of Rs 1000/- per shift shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. Any damage of loss on this account shall bear by the contractor. (iv) All operator shall wear proper uniform, failing which a recovery of Rs 200/- per shift shall be recovered from the contractor's dues. (v) The payment of contractor's employee shall be made through nationalized bank account of individual and the proof of transaction and the contractor shall submit the same with bank account pass book of employees and own Bank account statement within 15 days of acceptance otherwise a recovery shall be made a sum of Rs 200/- per shift per employee from the contractor's dues. (vi) Operator shall also maintain log sheets/breakdown details register etc & contractor shall provide the log sheet and register or any other stationery etc as required.

(vii) The estimated cost of the work in respect of BOQ Sir item No 2 (as based on minimum wages rates issued vide central/state) is Rs 4,50,000/-. If the quoted amount is found less than the estimated cost of Sir item No 2 of BOQ and tender of lowest bidder is considered for acceptance, then the lowest bidder shall have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting officer for the difference in estimated cost and Accepted amount in respect of BOQ Sir item No 2 within 30 days from date of acceptance. In case the said FDR is not submitted within 30 days the amount in question shall be recovered from contractor’s first RAR/Final bill whichever is earlier. However the FDR/recovered amount shall be released to the contractor after satisfactory completion of work. Attention is further invited added that when the amount of said recovery mentioned herein above is less than the amount of performance security as indicated under Clause 02 on page 04 of CA and Clause 12 on page 11 of CA, no FDR is required to be submitted for quoting less rate against BOQ Srl Item No 02. However if the amount of performance security is less than the FDR to be submitted for less quoting rate, the difference of performance security amount and FDR amount(for less quoting rates) shall be deposited by the lowest bidder (whose tender is accepted) in the form of FDR for difference amount over and above performance security within 30 days from the date of Acceptance.

Supply only in replacement MPU Card of main panel of LIFT same as Existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement suspension rod, bull dog clamp and anchoring plate assembling complete on load complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement car top light box with suitable cover for bulb/lamp along with all (flexible wire) sheathed appx 2 to 3 mtrs wiring connection for existing lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement TOCI Inspection Box with NE300 controller for existing lifts with control of limit switches up and down movement along with all control wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement Car fan guarding as per sample suitable for 8/13 passenger lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement CIS Panel as per sample suitable for 8/13 passenger lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement landing door seal as per sample suitable for 8/13 passenger lift complete all as specified and directed.

M & L For shifting of 320 KVA DG set complete in following operations complete all as specified and as directed: - 1. Dismantling of DG complete with its connected accessories (including all types of cables, change over, panels and switch gears) from its existing location with cranes and necessary tools and manpower. 2. Shifting of complete DG set and its connected accessories to New location within 2 KM distance as directed. 3. Installation, connecting, Testing and commissioning of DG Set at new location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning in repair LT panel with inbuilt energy monitoring meters and RTUs capable of acquiring the data from various sensors/ relays/ meters/ breakers etc., conditioning data for transmitting, transferring data through RTU to the cloud server. Also, the unit shall be able to perform bi-directional communication for future use. Note for item Nos 32.00 to 36.00:- The above Panels work shall be done through: any of Schneider/ Right Watts/ GE . The tenderer shall submit an intent of MOU from any of above mentioned manufacturer for this effect along with the tender in cover 1.

S&F in replacement LED based sign board with LOGO and English Letter at size (3.75 Sqft) with stainless steel letters with acrylic top and back ACP channels Words to be illuminated with LED modular and complete electric wiring with copper wire of size 1.5 Sqmm. All electric connection shall be tightened and fixed with proper lugs. All the words / LOGO shall be properly fixed on sign board including taking down old rusted sign board, including taking down all electrical wiring, and dismantling fitting fixture complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the cost of Maroon Colour 3mm ACP sheet, GI Channel and PCC work. and LOGO etc complete.

S&F MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated inclusive of one coat of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide including taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement anti climbing device, spikes type, fabricated out of mild steel bars of size 16 Sqmm (round, square and flat) including MS Flat 32x6mm, nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete with and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer to match it with existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair On load change over switch of 800 Amp cap, 4 pole by pass switch with MS Enclosure made of 3.15 mm thick steel sheet and extensible handle mounting stand made from 35 x 35 x 5mm thick channel, floor mounted and fixing in ground and necessary mounting accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Havells Cat No IHCBFO0800 or equivalent model of L&T / Schneider/ Siemens

S&F in repair On load change over switch of 1000 Amp cap, 4 pole by pass switch with MS Enclosure made of 3.15 mm thick steel sheet and extensible handle mounting stand made from 35 x 35 x 5mm thick channel, floor mounted and fixing in ground and necessary mounting accessories complete all as specified and as directed. S&F LED Street Light fitting 120 watt, system efficiency not less than 100 lumen / watt, IP65 protection, consisting of high / low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated Electronic driver circuits, Low THD, PMMA grade high quality Transmittance lens, Epoxy powder coated Die Cast Aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment, Heat resistance toughened glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws, fixed on existing bracket & connecting including taking down old light fitting of any description complete all as specified and directed.
