Supply and application of heavy duty insulation floor coating system including complete surface and finishing as per the following method. Mechanical grinding of existing floor surface to remove loose surface and create proper anchoring and enchance coating adhesion. Application of epoxy primer to seal surface porosity and strong bonding with subsequent layer screeding and self levelling application to correct surface and achievea uniform level finish. Final application of heavy duty insulation floor coating of reputed make to provide a seamless insulating coating, durable, abrasion resistant and chemically resistant surface subitable for industrial use. The final coating >= 2mm total, having dielectric strength of >= 35KV/mm, compressive strength>=60N/mm2( ISO 604), Tensile strength>=14N/mm2 (ISO 527), bond strength>=35kg/m2 (ASTM D 4541), abrasion resistance <= 0.1gm (ASTM D 4060, CS 10 wheel, 1000 cycles), impact resistance >= 9 joules (ASTM D 2794).
