Dismantling of R-phase pole of 132 KV SF-6 Circuit breaker of 132 KV Koraon feeder at 220 KV S/S Rewa Road for attending the gas leakage the job includes erection of the same pole after attending the gas leakage including cost of labour and T&P etc required for execution of work.

Inspection and rectification of gas leakage of 132 KV SF-6 Circuit breaker CGL make spring type mfy-2013 of 220 KV S/S Rewa road, Prayagraj the job includes opening of R-phase assembly from upper and lower terminal flanges cleaning of all groves of flanges and porcelain with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution. Replacement of all O-ring of the pole and gas pipe fittings by applying annabond adhesive. Reassembly of pole then evacuation of pole upto 760 mm hg after testing of vacuum for 12 hours and satisfactory result, refilling of SF-6 gas upto required level Checking of proper operation of circuit breaker from local and remote all materials T&P except SF-6 gas required for execution of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
