Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks (Old Size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 01 above but Brick work with old servicable bricks received from dismantling.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 3 above but including taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type " B1 " (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kerbs, cills, steps, parapets, haunching and the like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work all as specified and directed

M & L Precast interlocking paver blocks factory made confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thick grade of concrete M-40 with cement and coloured pigment (topping thickness not less than 5mm thick wirh white cement and colour pigment non fadable with epoxy coating) complete all as spd & directed .

All as per Item No 7 above but thickness 60mm and grade of concrete M-35.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2, as in sub base (75mm thick) to paving complete all as specified.

M&L sand filling in floors or paving incl leveling watering and consolidation complete all as specified

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in road side kerb stone chamfered on edges, etc all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and similar articles including necessary moulds/formwork set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified

M&L Mild steel bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required fe 410W (Gde E 250) quality A tor Fe 290 ( Gde- E-165 ) fixed in fencing in necessary welding, complete all as specified

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standrad rail staying bolts including scuring or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as spd and directed

All as item ser No 16 above but except barbed wire (using old serveceable wire retrieved from dismantling )

M&L Granite work 10-12mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and like over 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using stone dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite all as specified and directed

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated Steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as spd and directed.

S&F Frame work such as door or gates, covers of angle or other section with gueset plate, rails,braces, MS sheet, round wire, etc, including hooks, hold fast, locking arrangement, hanging arrangement, fastening and fixing complete to similar work conferming to fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling existing structure etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Preparation of new plastered surface of external wall surface applying two coat of cement base paint incl curing complete over a of alkali-resistant priming paint all as specified & directed.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint incl curing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Preparation of old surface and applying one coat of exterior emulsion Ist quality on wall, coping, kerb stone, etc as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new cement surface and applying two coat of exterior emulsion Ist quality on wall coping and kerb stone coat of white chalk as directed by Engr -in-Charge .

Deduct Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 32750.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum)
