FD-220: Supply and Fix 12 mm thick plywood commercial BWR plywood of size 1980 x 900 mm over top of charpoy GI pipe in replacement of old unserviceable nylon newar complete and fixing the same with 10 Nos round head bolt MS of size 5mm x 75mm after drilling holes in the long and short rails. (Three Nos 25mm x 25mm x 840mm MS square tube of 1.6 mm thick should be provided by welding between the long rail at equal intervals). Welding shall be done as per IS specification. MS Square tube shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as shown on drawing and directed.

FD-220: Supply and Fix 32 mm dia GI Elbow 3 way with ISI mark embossed all as specified and directed

FD-220: Material and Labour for removing the existing unserviceable long rail from GI charpoy and providing new long rail of length 1980mm duly threaded both side made out of 32mm bore GI pipe of medium grade all as specified and directed including fixing the GI pipe

FD-220: Labour only for making short rails of length 900mm from long rails obtained from item No 03 here in before by cutting clear piece from long rails and threading both side and fixing to charpoy GI pipe including removing the existing unserviceable short rails all as specified and as directed including fixing to charpoy GI pipe.

FD-220: Labour only for making legs of length 440mm from old damaged long / short rail obtained from item No 3 and 4 here in before by cutting clear piece with out thread and fixing by welding including removing the existing unserviceable legs. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing the bottom ends of leg shall be plugged with 3mm thick MS sheet welded alround. Length of leg pipe shall be adjusted accordingly to maintain over all height of charpoy as shown on drawing. The welded portion of the GI pipe where galvanising is damaged due to welding shall be given a coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

FD-220: Material and Labour for welding to broken / cracked joints of charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia (ie short rails, long rails, legs etc) and grinding the welding, moulded to have true surface as per existing design rest all as specified and directed

FD-165(M): Supply and Fix top (size 1900 x 685 mm ) of table dining OR with 18 mm thick particle board commercial type covered with 24 gauge aluminium sheet as per drg including taking down the old unserviceable top all as specified and directed.

FD-165(M): Replacement of unserviceable members of frame of table dining OR such as stiffeners, legs etc with 25 x 25 x 1.6mm thick square mild steel tube including cutting, gas welding, bending etc as shown on drg and providing one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to match the previous colour all as specified and directed

FD-1031 / FD-1032 / FD-243: Supply and Fix of locking device of brass bright finish 50 mm size 6 lever with key in duplicate and key holes protector with lid for each lock to almirah steel large / medium including removing the old unserviceable locking device complete all as specified and directed.

FD-1031 / FD-243: Supply and fix 3 way locking system made out of 10mm dia mild steel rod for Almirah large steel including removing the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

FD-1032 / FD-243: All as per item No 10 here in before but Almirah medium steel all as specified and directed.

FD-1031 / FD-1032 / FD-243: Supply and Fix chromium plated steel handles of approved quality suitable for Almirah large / medium steel including taking down the old unserviceable handles all as specified and directed

FD-1031 / FD-1032 / FD-243: Supply and Fix GI clamps suitable for shelves of lockers steel, Almirah large / medium steel fixed with machine screws all as specified and directed.

FD-1031 / FD-243: Material and Labour for replacement of pedestals made out of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to Almirah large steel, including dismantling of old unserviceable pedestal all as specified and directed.

FD-1032 / FD-243: All as per item No 14 here in before but Almirah medium steel all as specified and directed.

FD-1029: Supply and Fix aluminium anodised handle 100 mm long “C” type to locker steel after dismantling old unserviceable handles all as specified and directed

FD-1029: Supply and Fix aluminium anodised hasp and staple of size 75 x 40 x 3 mm thick including taking down the old unserviceable hasp and staples of lockers steel all as specified and directed.

FD-43(M) / FD-1044 : Supply only GI bucket for receptacle with bucket made out of 22 gauge PBI sheet including taking out the old unserviceable GI bucket all as per drawing and all as specified and directed.

FD-75(M): (WITH ARM) Supply and Fix Seat for chair CB steel with arms made out of 1st class hard wood (Teak wood) duly canned with 2 mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round plastic cane and border shall be 3 mm flat 0.4mm thick half round plastic cane and shall be fixed to the frame with nut and bolt 75mm long,4 mm dia duly threaded as per existing drg. Wood surfaces of seat shall be painted with high gloss paint black in tint before canning including taking down the old material all as specified in drawing and as directed.

FD-75(M): (WITH ARM) All as per item No.19 here in before but for back all as specified in drawing and as directed.

FD-75(M): (WITHOUT ARM) All as per Item No.19 here in before but for seat of chair CB steel without arms all as specified in drawing and directed.

FD-75(M): Supply and Fix mild steel flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm as in stiffner and welded to chair CB steel including one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and same as existing size after taking down old unserviceable flat iron all as specified and directed.

FD-75(M): Supply and Fix arms made to shape as per existing pattern of Ist class hard wood (Teak Wood) duly polished with black French polish and fixed to chair CB steel with arms with steel screw 3 mm dia as suitable including taking down old unserviceable arms complete all as specified and directed.

FD-1008: Supply and Fix table top of size 900 x 600 x 760 mm with drawer steel made out of prelaminated particle board 19 mm thick Grade I, Type I, exterior grade with melamine face on one side and white on other side with 4 mm thick teak wood edging fixed with mild steel screws after dismantling the old unserviceable top complete all as shown on drg and as specified and directed

FD-1007: All as per Item No.25 here in before but table 900 x 600 x 760 mm with out drawer steel all as specified and directed.

FD-1009: All as per Item No.25 here in before but table steel 900 x 900 x 760 mm all as specified and as directed.

FD-84 / FD-1004: All as per Item No.25 here in before but table office clk steel of size 1200 x 600 mm all as specified and as directed.

FD-84 / FD-1003: All as per Item No.25 hereinbefore but table office Officer steel of size 1680 x 870mm all as specified and as directed.

FD-84 / FD-1003 / FD-1004 / FD-1008: Carrying out repairs such as gas welding, lapping, turning, rivetting, bolting etc to drawer of table office steel (Officer/clk) and table 900x 600x 760 mm with drawer steel to make them serviceable condition all as specified and directed

FD-77(M): Supply and Fix seat plank for form without back of size 1525 x 255 x 25mm plank of first class hard wood (teak wood) fixed on steel frame with suitable GI nut and bolt and washer including French polishing to the surfaces exposed to view all as shown on drg including taking down old unserviceable plank complete all as specified and directed.

FD-77(M): All as per Item No.31 here in before but size of plank 1900 x 255 x 25mm all as specified and directed.

FD-78(M): Supply and Fix seat plank for form with back of size 1800 x 255 x 25mm of first class hard wood (teak wood) fixed on steel frame with suitable GI Nut and bolt and washer including French polishing to surface exposed to view all as shown in drg including taking down the old unserviceable plank complete all as specified and directed .

FD-78(M): All as per Item No. 33 here in before but back plank of size 1800 x 150 x 25mm all as specified and directed.

FD-165(M): Material and Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of steel surface of mild steel tube frame of table dining OR complete all as specified and directed.

FD-77(M): All as per Item No.35 here in before but frame of form with out back all as specified and directed.
