Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils complete all as specified

Material and labour for dry sand in trenches cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling hand punning complete all as specified and directed.Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for bricks common burnt old size sub class `B' bricks laid dry for cable protection flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only and jointing testing and commisioning in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole/wall etc and including taking down old unserviceable cables complete all as specified and directed of following sizes :- ( a) Cross sectional area 3.5 core 120 Sqmm

(b) Cross sectional area 3.5 core 95 Sqmm

( c) Cross sectional area 3.5 core 35 Sqmm

Supply & lay GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia bore in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed. Make :- Prakash surya/Jindal/Tata

M&L for preparation of surfaces, scraping of old paint of steel surface of poles and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer of LT steel tubular pole 9 metre hight, Including fixing of reflection tape/reflection paint in altternate coloured of width 6" on poles 1.5 to 1.8 metre above the ground level including writing pole number with black letter under yellow circle complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The reflection tape/reflection colour shall be as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of LT over head line for repairs, restretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rewinding to the insulators using aluminium/GI wire all as required at site or directed. Note:- Distance between two poles irrespective of no of lengths of conductor shall be considered as a single span.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches clearing 5 metres horizontal and 5 metres vertical distance from both sides of conductor including removing branches from site, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Clearing branches from both sides of conductor in between two consequtive poles shall be considered as one span irrespective of distance between poles.(ii) Cost of T&P required for cutting and removing branches shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by bidder.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductor complete of any type and size complete all as specified.

Supply and stringing ACSR conductor in replacement of (Weasel/ Ferret) on on LT over head line securing on pole complete including necessary binding work, jumpering, PG clamp, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule complete all as specified & directed. Make:-Bharat conductor /ICC /Alind (Note :- (a) Rate is inclusive of jumper on cut point/2 pole structure shall be provided with PVC insulated sleeve.

M&L for line seperator 3 phase 4 wire to making suitable gap in between LT line conductor with nuts bolts,washer complete all fixing accessories. all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers,insulator bolts, washers and nuts, for 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Out door type factory made bus bar chamber of size 0.75x0.45x0.40 metres depth made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick with 4 No's aluminium bus bars of capacity 200 Amps,with colour code supported on insulators, internally prewired having locking arrangement, handle, provision of suitable hole at bottom for incoming and outgoing under ground cables, panel having angle iron frame made of 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle iron and 50 cms long legs made of 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle embedded upto 20 cms in PCC & 30 cms clear above ground complete including painting with two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exterior and interior faces, errection of Bus Bar chamber duly grouted in PCC M-15, type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to and inclduing GI Strip 25X4 mm as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion inclduing excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, and cover 6 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and lugs complete all as specified and directed with earth resistance not more than 1.0 OHMS. (Note:- earth work ,PCC for foundation and PCC for coping will be measured and paid separetly under their respective items)

Supply & fixing of Automatic Street Light Control Switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of Street Lights. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux* level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 30 Lux and for Switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs.Three-Phase load of 8kW (Swadeep-02EC8kW3P) with 3 nos. Contactors, 3 nos. Incoming MCBs & 3 nos. Outgoing MCBs of 20-32 Amps each & Circuit wiring (Copper) of min.10 sq.mm The Sensor along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Enclosure conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option). complete all as specified and directed. Make-HEALER ENTERPRISES, BHOPAL OR EQVT in CG/Philips.

Cutting of road / hardstanding upto a size not exceeding 20 cms in width and not exceeding 60 cms in depth for laying of LT UG cable protection pipe line making good the disturbed portion so as to match existing finishing or with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LT heavy duty 4 pole ON load change over break switch ,415 volts 50 hz complete with handle assembly having door interlock and pad locking arrangement in sheet steel enclosure. Of 200 Amps, incl electric connections to the extg cables all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for repairs to outdoor / indoor type Feeder Pillar box of any capacity / size by replacing pitted portion not exc 1 Sq Mtr with suitable gauge of MS Sheet, welding work, replacement of unserviceable door hinges and locking arrangement, necessary electrical connections etc and incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and incl a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LT insulation tape high quality 25mm width and 25 meter long at various location all as directed.

Material and labour in replacement for circuit for junction box to light fitting complete with 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible industrial cable 1100 V grade drawn through PVC conduit in street light poles and Disconnection of street light fittings and refixing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Cost of Necessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for connection to street light fittings etc should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply and fixing reflection tape of width 6" on LT/HT poles between 1.5 to 1.8 Mtr above the ground level ( Total 05 Nos strips ) including writing pole number with black letter under yellow circle all as directed.The tape colour shall be as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Volt meter 0-500 volts, digital type of size 96mm x 96 mm square ,flush mounted type having lamp accurracy glass --1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of amp meter 0-200 amp digital type of size 96mm x 96 mm square ,flush mounted type having lamp accurracy glass --1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of indicating LED lamp set RYB for phase indication operating on 240 volt, 50 HZ, AC with new one LED panel mounting type to match existing one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of FRP junction box of size 325 X 220 X 150 mm having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25X4 mm fixed on epoxy insulators with MCB SP 6 Amps,fixed on the pole with clamps,nut bolts etc.complete all as specified and directed. Make- Sintex or equivalent.

S & F in replacement U/S GI Bands with GI pipe medium grade 32 mm dia bracket 1.5 mtr long by hydrolic pressed mechine bend to require shape, 02 nos clamp made out of MS flat iron 40x6mm of suitable size fixed with bolts,nuts and washers including drilling holes and grouting with the same for fixing bolts complite as required duly painted with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixing the existing street light fitting complete all as specified and directed. (Rate quoted by the contractor shll deemed to include for nuts and bolts).

S&F in repairs for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20 mm dia heavy duty along steel tubular swaged poles for wire from junction box to fittings fixed with 04 Nos MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pole foundation and coping complete all as specified and directed.
